The Tauernhof is located in the center of Flachau, 41 miles south of the city of Salzburg at the heart of the Ski Amadé sports world, and is an ideal starting point for skiers in winter and mountain bikers and hikers in summer.

Review 3：Advertised as an appartement with small kitchen, so one would expect some cooking facilities ( pots, pan, kettle etc), but I have to say that after request they provided them.

Review 6：The location of Tauerhof was fantastic. It was close to the centre oftown and opposite the supermarket. All the staff were friendly andhelpful. The free ski shuttle was situated at the front of the hotel,so there were no problems getting to the ski fields. We had a greatstay here.

Review 9：The restaurant is quite basic for a four star hotel. It does not meet the standard of other 4 star hotels we have visited in Austria. This goes for both the interior, ambience, service and food. Breakfast was at a better standard. Buffet for starter was running empty very soon and not re-filled. All in the dining experience was reasonably ok, but not at the normal level of a good 4 star hotel in Austria.
Review 10：Rooms are good with decent size. The location is reasonable close to ski stations and the shutle bus stops just outside. Very convenient with ski rental in the basement.
