Review 1：Not the friendliest welcome on arrival. A somewhat impersonal, cold feel to the hotel throughout the stay.

Review 2：Lovely large swimming pool. Beautiful views from large sun terrace. A "classic" feel to the hotel reminiscent of a traditional "Spa-type" facility. Very good breakfast choice.

Review 8：needs bit more attention to detail otherwise ok. biggest problem was with booking.com. Found I'd paid 50% over the advertised room rate. So far happy with booking.com but now very cautious. Always worth calling hotel to ask for deals & prices.

Review 10：The WiFi was available only in the lobby and there was no chance to haveinternet in the rooms. 3G internet is also out due to location among themountains, it became really boring with absence of tv channels in anyother language than German. The breakfast was also very poor, you cannotplay bowling because it creates noise and disturbes the tenants duringthe most part of a day.

Review 11：The Hotel is nicely located in Swarzwald forest but one needs a carto get there. The pool was excellent for little children to have funand relax.

Review 12：The panorama view from the balcony is very very beautiful and sopanorama, I don't mind paying 120 Euro in Summer to see such a beautifulview. We also use sauna and steam downstairs, just like our own house.

Review 14：Very friendly staff and had a very nice 1-night stay. Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful view. WiFi was a bit spotty in the room and lost connection a few times. But it is advertised as available in public areas only so any access in the room is a bonus. I would stay here again.
