Review 1：They provided a baby bed but asked us to bring our own mattress and bedding for it. This was quite difficult as we did not drive and nobody has ever asked us to bring part of a bed with us before.
Review 2：Great apartment, grocery store downstairs, big balcony. Very close to the number 20 bus line (which is confusing and unreliable on weekends), a shuttle to the beaches, a large indoor swimming complex, and a mini golf place. Within walking distance to Südstrand but hilly.
Review 3：The building was generally noisy, the wifi access was very poor despite being free! The staff had little or no English and should cater for all nationalities being a hotel!

Review 9：The hotel is in a good location. It is quite close to the beach, all important/interesting locations (Seebrücke Sellin, Südstrand,...) are reachable by foot. There is a grocery store just around the corner. The breakfast is great, staff is friendly and the hotel offers good value for money.
Review 10：They do not make it really clear that in 2 of their 3 buildings there is no WLAN and in our complex there were even no telephones installed. The management should invest and upgrade to modern times incl. the replacement of TV sets stemming from the "good old days".

Review 20：There are some works taking place at the front of the hotel which took place during the day. However, we were made aware of this when booking and did not cause any problems.
Review 21：Ideally situated in a lovely area and easy to walk to restaurants, bus stop, train station, cafes etc. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of car parking too.
Review 22：Wi-fi was a major problem. It simply did not work in the apartment, even though it was supposed to obtain some signal. In the main building wi-fi frequently logged out and was at best temperamental. Logging in again was always long-winded.

Review 33：You have to pay for a room cleaning (EUR 25,00) when you check-out, but then you could expect that the room was cleaned when you check-in, but this was not the case and even after giving notice to the reception about this nothing happened ... If, you are not used to sleep on very hard beds you will have a hard time to have a good night sleep. They should really invest in new beds.
Review 34：The studio was very nice and clean. I loved the convenience of the grocery store (and other vendors out front of the store) being 20 steps from the hotel entrance. Loved how close the beaches were (you can easily walk there) and the many choices of restuarants available. It was a very fun and relaxing time. Will be back next year!
