Review 1：the chief did not wear gloves food , and sometime use his hand direct to mix salad with cream .. الرجل الذي يطبخ يخلط السلطة بيده مباشرة بدون ملعقة.. ويقدمون نوعية بسيطة من الافطار الغير مسماه في اللغة الانجليزية بمعنى ما تعرف هل هي حلال او لا العشاء غالي يكلف مايقارب 18 يورو السمك

Review 3：The bed in the room was very creaky. WiFi was very weak in our room

Review 4：Very nice and clean room and spacious balcony with great view. Patient and funny owner that spoke English very well. the pension is located close to the local lakes and main attractions

Review 5：There still is no hairdryer in the bathroom (a small criticism but if you are travelling light and you can't fit one in your luggage it can be a bit of a disappointment for the fairer sex). The bed in the room was very creaky and kept us from a good night's sleep.

Review 6：This is the 2nd time in a year that we have stayed at Freddie's place! We were staying this time for 4 nights. It is in a wonderful quiet location about 2 mins walk from the town centre. It is an ideal area for motorcycling, cycling and there are many numerous walks, cycle trails etc. The room was spacious and we had a lovely balcony looking across to the forests and hillside. We opted for the half board evening meal option which were beautifully professionally prepared by Freddie himself and were absolutely wonderful and there was an enormous choice at breakfast time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Review 15：This is a little gem of a hotel. When you find something like this you wish you could keep it to yourselves but that would not be fair as it is one of the nicest small hotels we have stayed in. Nice and quiet, in a small town. The owner, Freddie, who spoke good English, was the most amazing chef and we had a 3 course dinner each evening made by himself singing away in the kitchen at a very reasonable cost of 13 euro each! The food was the best we have ever tasted it was just a pity we were staying only 2 nights. The breakfasts were excellent with a vast choice. Brilliantly situated in the Black Forest with easy access to the local lakes and countryside. We will back for a longer stay.

Review 16：We loved everything, from the lovely spacious family room for 3 with seating; to the beautiful pine balcony with a view across the valley. From Manfred's singing as he prepared dinner to the delicious hot chocolate and perfectly cooked runny eggs we had a breakfast time. The location is perfect with everything for the kids being "Just 15 minutes" away. The village of Lenzkirch is a hidden gem with more to the village than first meets the eye. Manfred is a wiz at table tennis which he happily indulges in with the guests after he's finished evening dinner service. We actually changed our plans so we could spend an extra night at what should be this 5 Star Guesthouse. We are looking forward to returning next year and will be booking 'our room' again at Pension Waldwinkel. Excellent location, excellent service, excellent value, simply excellent!

Review 17：Although wifi is advertised as being available throughout the hotel, wewere unable to access it. However, wifi is available in the localtourist information centre, a short walk away.

Review 18：Our room ( number 3 ) was well appointed and extremely comfortable. It'scleanliness could not be faulted. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.Evening meals were exceptional. Make sure you have a hearty appetite!Manfred and his team were a pleasure to meet.

Review 19：Superb family atmosphere, owners are very friendly stunning evening meals prepared by Manfred. We have stayed in many hotels of all star ratings and this, although for some reason only rated as a two star far exceeded our expectations for food, comfort, welcome and great value for money. Also great location for exploring the Black Forest. Would recommend this place to anyone
