Review 3：unfortunately each time I have stayed my room quality has dropped First stay in the new wing was perfect Next was a reasonable room in the older section. Lastly my stay was in a small dirty well worn room that needs to be upgraded badly So disappointing !!

Review 5：Friendly staff, large room, new bathroom, free parking in front of hotel. Location is in a small town out of Duisburg. If you are a tourist, this is probably not the place, however for myself having meetings in Duisburg and Düsseldorf, this was a perfect base.
