Review 1：The check-in staff were very welcoming. The view from our room was superb! The dining room staff were very welcoming and efficient. The food was very good and lots of variety. We enjoyed the various entertainments that were arranged for each evening. We will definitely return.

Review 10：Christmas Eve gala meal was a set meal it was awful.not everyone likes pumpkin soup, seabass . duck in orange sauce, only alternative was a limited basic vegetarian menu ,we were on the understanding that all meals where on a buffet basis very disapointed with the choice of menu Not very happy at all with the dinning room set up the tables are to close together and cramped .Room 218 Mattress was very hard.Had a good view but bad layout as could not view TV from the bed unless twisting on one side as the bed faced the windows. Not a very relaxing bar area they did not open the lounge area only when they had entertainment on.cold and uncomfortable.

Review 12：The service of the waiters in the dinner was awful . Not worthy even for 3 star standars. To be fair the rest of employees were great and very friendly and professionalo. Perhaps the room night price was so expensive that didn´t reach the quality standars for the money.

Review 14：The Internet connection was the worst I've ever seen anywhere. WiFi coverage is good but was so slow that it wouldn't load YouTube videos etc. We had to use our phones 3G connection instead. Sorry to say that I wouldn't stay there again until they upgrade their internet connection.

Review 15：A very professional hotel, family friendly and great facilities. The themed menus in the restaurant were a welcome bonus too. We actually spent more time around the pool than at the beach because it was more relaxing.

Review 33：WIFI was off and on in the room. Worked most of the time. Dinner buffet was very nice presentation but would only give the food selection and quality a 3 out of 5. OK, but nothing to brag about. Need to pay for drinking water (bottled only) at dinner, but price was not excessive.

Review 36：Excellent location. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. We stayed half-board and the breakfast and evening buffet was very good with lots of choice and good quality. The room was very comfortable with good beds and even UK TV channels.

Review 37：the wifi was a HUGE problem. the hotel is advertised as having free wifi but it was very sporadic. i had airline issues to resolve and had to go sit outside a cafe for wifi instead.

Review 41：The WiFi did not always work in the room although it worked in the lobby area. As a booking.com customer you are asked to pay the whole stay on day 1, I did not fully understand why. Drinking water is not included in the half board package.
