Reviews for Hotel Rosi

Review 1:Having secure parking was an essential, but the manoeuvring to squeeze into a slot between awesome pillars (even with the garage almost empty) was nerve-wracking - even more so when the timed lighting suddenly went off before I had even thought of looking for the exit from the underground dungeon ! The absence of a kettle in the room was disappointing, especially as there was nowhere to eat before 8 p.m.

Review 2:Spacious and cheerful room. Small fridge in room and bottled water supplied each day.Friendly staff. Excellent food in tasteful dining room at an unbelievably low price. Well situated for cheap half-hourly bus service along the coast.

Review 3:The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Review 4:The hotel was basic, typically Spanish and spotlessly clean, just what we wanted. Superb staff, all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Review 5:Breakfast a little sparse Entry to parking garage unsuitable for low cars.

Review 6:Excellent restaurant - the Neptuno - close by. Great staff, excellent room. We stayed just before Christmas, and were the only guests, but the service was excellent, although of course the kitchen was closed. We were recoomened to an excellent place a few minutes walk away.

Review 7:My only issue was that the room smelt of stale tobacco smoke; not overwhelming, but noticeable

Review 8:Large comfortable room with large bathroom; good lunch in restaurant; home-made jams and cake for breakfast. Near sea-front for those who want that sort of thing (though long hike from station into town).

Review 9:They told us on the phone that there would be free parking available, but when we arrived we had to pay 30E a day. Also there was no hot water available on arrival.

Review 10:Good location for many sites.

Review 11:No hot water either in the evening or in the morning. Was unable to bath or shower in the morning. Very firm mattress.

Review 12:Helpful and pleasant staff. Exceptionally good restaurant. Good breakfast. Secure parking facility.

Review 13:Nothing in particular, hotel was not very plush but nor was it expensive. The underground garage was very tight if you have a large/medium size vehicle.

Review 14:Good value for money and served all our needs for a one night stay

Review 15:Nothing

Review 16:The staff were very friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean & the rooms spacious.

Review 17:No sound insulation between rooms

Review 18:parking in the basement

Review 19:Regrettably the restaurant was closed but managed to eat in a cafe opposite.

Review 20:Good Spanish tradional hotel.

Review 21:A bit dusty.

Review 22:The staffs are ready to give us good services.

Review 23:The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean.

Review 24:- bathroom : curtains in the bath could be changed, a bit old - outside parking difficult during the daytime- only short parking zones around.

Review 25:The friendlyness & personal service of the staff, room fine, bed good, breakfast, restaurant & menu fine, parking in garage (7Euro p.day- important)very good value for money. Location right behind the Hotel chain "Parador Nacional" - where you can enjoy nice late afternoons in a big lounge taking a coffee or drink, less than 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets Lidl & Mercadona just around the corner.

Review 26:I e-mailed them to confirm parking and evening meal in their restaurant as it would be Sunday evening. They only replied re parking; the restaurant turned out to be closed! Very difficult to find somewhere and their English was poor; ended up with pizza delivery. Breakfast was the most sparse I have come across!

Review 27:Easy to find & good secure parking (7€). Close to seafront.

Review 28:Friendly helpful staff. Small hotel personal feel. Well priced. Fridge and safe at no charge. Garage parking competitively priced. This is not a modern luxury hotel with childrens facilities but is an excellent little hotel which I've used twice for short stopovers and would use again.
