Review 2：Staff pleasant and helpful. Very nice décor, top quality fittings in room and throughout. Good breakfast buffet. (Room 512 Comfort). Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Review 3：The desk clerk could have been a bit more informative concerning the local area. We asked about restaurants on Sunday and was given one that was closed. Then we discovered on our own that all the stores and restaurants were open that Sunday in the center of the city.

Review 32：Very nice renovated rooms. Breakfast was perfect and the staff was very kind. After the marathon, we asked for fresh fruit. Since this was not mentioned in the list from the bar, we ordered only two cups of tea. However, the lady from the staff surprised us with fruit salad for free!

Review 37：The hotel is an easy walk to the train station and high street. Everyone was very helpful, parking is secure and easy plus I think it was included with the room rate. The breakfast buffet was good and replenished often. All in all a very positive experience and I would return to the hotel.

Review 42：When i was Duisburg, temprature was 9C. And room was very cold. Heating coils didn't open before i get in the room. And also heating coils which was in the corridor, was not working.

Review 50：Only two very minor niggles - the light system in the rooms is on atimer, which is confusing when going to bed at night - I had to callreception to work out how to switch the lights off! Also, apart from theconvenience of the u Bahn stop, the hotel is a walk from anything else,including Duisburg centre. But you can hop on the u Bahn which comesevery few minutes.

Conveniently located right opposite theKremerstrasse UBahn stop with regular services to both Duisburg andDusseldorf centres. Convenient for Dusseldorf Messe. Very helpfulreceptionist. Review 52：Very narrow beds - strange as there is plenty of room for normal ones. WLAN is free but very intermittent on 4th floor. Light in room goes on via movement detector near main door but can only be turned off by opening and closing fridge door - bizarre!
