Review 1：Staff friendly and accommodating. An added bonus was the free spa facilities which gave our stay a touch of luxury and the indoor pool was a fantastic place to relax when the sun went down.

Review 2：Extra 1,7 Euro/day for the room safe key is not really acceptable. The Wifi is unrelyable, not working during the morning and evening rush hours. Beach towel change possibility only 3 times/week. The is some entretainment program every evening on the open air scene untill 11:00-11:30 which was disturbing even with closed balcony door together with the adjacent pub activity.Not well ventillated, tiny and hot elevators.

Review 3：On the beach, great seaview from the .balcony. Delicious breakfast with a great selection. Good size outdoor pool area with direct access to the sandy beach.

Review 4：I thought the wifi was very poor in some areas of the hotel. I feel ore nationalities should be catered for ( Scottish). Aqua aerobics done only in German!!! Very frustrating!!

Review 10：I think they could improve the quality of the food. There was always a good selection but dishes weren't well labelled. We were half board but chose to eat out most of the time because the evening get food was not all that luxurious, and was pretty tired towards the end of the serving time.

Review 11：The room, view and facilities were tremendous. The location of the hotel in Calla Millor is perfect. It is on the best part of the beach, and right next to the shopping street. The staff are really helpful and friendly, and the sea view room we had was lovely.

Review 12：Rooms need urgent renew Cala Millor beach is great in terms of seaconditions, but sand is a bit dirty with garbage, specially smokedcigarettes. Walking streets behind hotel are a bit old fashioned andgermany oriented

Review 16：Walls a bit thin, noisy guests next door. Resort a bit dull in May, mainly OAP's, almost everything in town seems locked down at 9.00 pm. Mainly caters for older German tourists. And watch out for fast bicycles on shore front narrow promenade. Serious injury very possible.

Review 18：The half board meal option was way overpriced for this time of year. The food was quite unimpressive. We have stayed in 4* hotels for 30% less cost and still had much better food. My advice: shop around and don't pay more than €70 per night. The bathroom also suffered from a constant bad smell.

Review 20：The Hotel is a mecca for german visitors, who insist on putting towels on sun loungers from 5am in the morning, also the time we were there, they were very rude,if you can put up with this, then its a great hotel!!

The rooms were cleaned daily. Clean towels when needed. The hotel was not in a noisy location which was nice late evening if you want to enjoy an early night .

Review 24：Lot's of noise during cleaning hours (8:30-14:00) from beds beingshuffled around the rooms. Elevators are very slow to arrive and have noa/c or vent. 95% of the sunbeds around the pool are reserved bytowels since 6:30 am!! Pillows are a bit too flat for me and thecurtains don't provide enough sun blockage - lot's of light inthe room since around 6:00 am.

Review 25：Great location, great view from the "sea view" room. Excellentfood selection during both breakfast and especially dinner. Niceentertainment in the evenings. The room is of a decent size event for a15 nights stay. Good a/c in the room. Very friendly staff, alwayssmiling and eager to help. Nice pool area with great cocktails at thebar. The spa is quite nice for a relaxing massage or cosmetictreatments.
