Review 1：All rooms should have nice television's and microwave available in all rooms, also I just stood there this past November,and only one room key was given

Review 3：The good feels far outweighed the bad. The bad was low water pressure. Temperamental air-conditioning in only the bed room. Floors were kinda dirty. But tbh I would definitely think about going back in the future. It has character. I live this place.

Review 4：For the most part I found this to be perfect and wish I would have chosen it to be my 6 day stay instead of 3. I got engaged on New Years eve and the lady and I loved our stay here. We got to cook for one another, the bed and bedroom and bathroom... everything was cozy. Very little stress. Easy access to the motorway. Decent bar prices and good services and staff.

Review 5：The administration of check-in is just catastrophic. For the 12 check-in of our group in a 2 weeks period, 8 went wrong (3 times they give us a room where an other guest was already in, and 5 times where the cleaning was not done!!!). Those guys are completely lost.

Review 9：Friendly, helpful staff, convenient location between airport and the city. Secure parking for rental car. Restaurant was adequate, but nothing special. Spacious 2-bedroom suite for our family of four. Certainly ok for one night.

It's affordable, the apartments are relatively big and well kept, equipped kitchen, the pool is nice, staff is friendly, good security, spacious grounds for the kids to run around, taxi stand out front

Review 14：Good customer service is not a priority. The restaurant often doesn't have what you order. Checking in took about an hour. The rooms are "Dominican clean" which is to say, not very clean at all. In a part of town that is not so safe.

Review 26：Poor housekeeping. It takes housekeeping staff sometimes until 5:00 pm to come and clean the room. Most of the time, they come knock at the room at 8:00 am to come and clean. Problem is, there is no elevator for them to bring with them cleaning materials and they have to walk through the stairs of a three story building.

Review 38：When I arrived, they had a price different from what I was quoted online. (over $100 more) issue was resolved after I showed my printout. Water was shut off daily without notice. Rooms can use some up keep, regrouting and some mopping. I had a situation with mice and waterbugs. When I called I was told how can that be and was promised that in the morning someone would address the issue, it wasn't until about 12 noon that I called the front desk that someone spoke to me about the issue and exterminator did not come until the evening. Internet and phone reception was weak. Patio area would have been nice if there were some lounge chairs or table with chairs so we could enjoy that area. Poor signage to find the Hotel after you get off of Las Americas we were looking for the place for over an hour there was no further signage and the clerk at the desk was not able to help us over the phone.

Review 44：Difficult to find... Lost in an awfull part of a dirty district. Anyway, you can forget this when you stay and do not try to look outside. The restaurant is not good at all. The personnel is not at the level of a resort.

I write this review not because I am her now but it is quite yes there can be loud music at night on the weekends but the staff is friendly I've been here some time when Santo Domingo before choosing a place. The owner is a nice person. The staff at the counter they do their best to accommodate people.Not everything is perfect but it's peaceful there is security 24 / 7 . You have to look at it with a open mind . It has a nice pool ,jacuzzi , other cool things . I am not going to sugar coat it. This isn't the Hilton , but it's a pice of culture . Every one has there taste and expectations. There are taxis that are here or you can rent your car . They have a karaoke night typically on Fridays . They have a bar and restaurant. You have a apartment or what ever with dishes and mini fridge. In general it's peaceful. I love my peace and harmony

Then they demanded I pay more on the last day even though it was their mistake. Very poor way to do business and I do not plan to use this hotel again in the future mainly for this reason.

Review 126：The nite lífe was ok near by but i found out on my own on the last nite of my stay that there was a better nite life near by call the Venezuela. The hotel jacuzzi water Is not hot. The hotel staff wasnt helpful on telling me things to do near by. I found out on my own that theres a water park and a aqarium near by. There are probaly other wonder things near by that i dont know about. You will have a nice time staying at this hotel only because you read this thanks to who? Thanks to me.
