Review 1：Didn't find a safe in the room. Breakfast was not included and it was otherwise expensive. GPS could not find the address. Kind of out of date in terms of style. Room faced west and t was very hot with the afternoon sun (and no AC), but it cooled down at night.
Review 2：Not a bad hotel but nothing special. The front desk staff and bar tender were delightfully friendly and happy to talk to me with me broken German. I think they understood me and I got good advice from them. Nice location to walk j to town. Good advice for a fabulous dinner nearby.
Review 3：Breakfast is €14 each and we chosen to have it as it was in the restaurant on the 8th floor but it was so packed that we ended up in a differnt room and had to go back and forth for every item, inclduing carrying hot tea through groups of people leaving and arriving so that was a disappointment. We did sit out on the surrounding terrace after breakfast and the view is definitely panoramic. Its a 10-15 minute walk into town centre which may not suit everyone but didnt bother us. No air con in such a modern hotel was strange but room had a fan.
Review 4：We arrived quite early and a room was available for us (Thanks Florian). Great views from our 7th floor room - the lift goes up the outside of the hotel which is an expereince. Good outdoor free parking. Bar open on 8th floor when we came back after dinner and seems to stay open until about 12
Review 5：Parking Parking They do not tell you there is underground parking, when directed to it they asked me take an illegal left turn! Directed to the bar where I found it empty of staff, I should have helped myself but went across the road to the bar opposite and gave them my patronage instead.

Review 13：The WiFi connection to our room was weak and slow. The room was clean and adequate, but not exceptional. Only all-purpose body wash instead of shampoo, which shouldn't be the case in this price class. It was hard to get the room dark enough to sleep after the sun came up. Room darkening curtains would be a plus.

Review 15：the location is superb, easy reachable from the highway, good walking distance to the city. All spaces and rooms are in a clean, attractive, functional, no-nonsense design. The Panorama Hotel seems to me to be an ideal base for exploring Neustadt and surroundings.

Review 18：We thought the cost of breakfast was extremely over priced. Needless to say we didn't do it. Why should you charge $14.00 euro's a person which to us equates to $19.00 dollars per person. What can you give us for breakfast that cost that much money!!!!!

Review 20：Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, the rooms in the back are desirable (away from the street) to keep the windows open. These, however, face east (more or less) and, since the curtains are not "room darkening" ones, it became bright fairly early (in the summer). This is probably a personal matter ... though well furnished, I found it difficult for me to be comfortable on any of the furniture. Finally, the parking lot can fill up when the hotel is busy. Fortunately, there is plenty of on street parking nearby so that this is not a significant issue.
Review 21：We have stayed here many times over more than 10 years. The staff has always extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very good with a large variety, and the views from the breakfast room are wonderful. The rooms are large and well equipped. It is a 15 min walk to the shopping/dining in the city, so it is close without the noise, congestion and parking challenges.

Review 24：The hotel doesn't have air conditioning! I stayed in mid-Summer and with85 degrees outside it was very, very uncomfortable. I had interviews fortwo days and couldn't sleep because of the heat, which was veryfrustrating. WiFi is spotty at best, I had to find a spot in the hotelwhere I could receive a signal and then the internet connection wasreally slow. I wanted to do FaceTime with my family and the picture gotstuck many times. There is no workout room.
Review 25：Loved the top-floor open terace, which gives a beautiful panorama viewof the mountains, the city and valley. The staff is very friendly andhelpful. Breakfast includes German and American-styles. The "Broetchen"we're awesome. The hotel is quite central and across the street is anice Italian restaurant.
Review 26：Breakfast was an extra Euro 14,00, we thought that a bit steep. Thebathroom door in our room (but not that of our friends) was like shower-door glass, you could still see into the bathroom perfectly, which wethought was a bit weird.
Review 27：The rooms (we had a double) are very large, as well as the bathroom Theold city center is a 10-min walk from the hotel. There was ample parkingand free street parking is also plentiful. The breakfast room as well asa bar is at the top of the building with a decent view. Staff is veryfriendly and helpful. Despite being on a main street, it was very quiet.Bathroom and room furnishings are modern and we found the bedscomfortable.
