Review 1：They failed to explain to me how to operate the electric shades..had to figure it out by myself. Plus the locks to the room were very complicated. The desk clerk had to come to my room to show me not once but twice.
Review 2：Although the bathroom was big and nice the water was not warm. A thermostat would help.
