Review 1：We asked for a baby cot on the booking and later by phone. Upon arrival there was no cot in the room but a 3rd bed. Must have been a miscommunication.

Review 2：Breakfast was super. Late arrival was made very simple using the "key box" system.

Review 3：Only problem was that I was locked out of the hotel on Sunday and needed to have someone phone the manager to be let in. He was promptly there and most apologetic about the misfunction in the lock-keycard problem.

Review 10：Staff is really super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is as should be. Ideal for transit hotel as Rheinfelden in itself is rather small without any sightseeing opportunities. But hotel is worthwhile !

Review 11：We didn't like that the air conditioner worked poorly. But the day we stayed was very hot so maybe the unit couldn't keep up with the heat.

Review 13：There are road works at the moment scheduled to last another 2 months. This makes what would otherwise be excellent secure parking rather difficult to access via an extremely circuitous route. Once parked, however, it is only a 2 minute walk to the hotel.

Review 14：Quiet, spacious modern room with large balcony looking over the rooftops. Excellent bathroom fittings, comfortable beds.. An easy walk to the lovely old town of Swiss Rheinfelden across the old pedestrian bridge. 15 minute drive to Basel. Quality, fresh breakfast. The enthusiastic young owners of this small hotel give great attention to every detail concerning customer comfort.

Review 15：I arrived about 30 mins earlier (at about 13.30) and the hotel's door was locked. So if you want to check in a bit earlier you might need to notify the staff first. Nevertherless I would highly recommend the hotel. Приехала я в отель где-то на полчаса раньше, но дверь отеля была заперта. Так что если хотите въехать немного раньше наверно надо сообщить об этом заранее. Тем не менее очень довольна этой гостиницей и очень рекомендую.

Review 16：Very friendly staff, good location with some nice restaurants around and many shops. Just 5 mins walk from the bridge and Rheinfelden CH. The room was quite big with comfortable bed. Очень дружелюбный персонал, удобное расположение отеля, в округе есть хорошие рестораны. Всего лишь в 5 минутах ходьбы находится мост через Рейн через который можно попасть в швейцарский Райнфельден. Комната комфортная с большой кроватью.
