Review 1：All of them fake! After booked we went to hotel but they wanted to more from us After fighting they accepted booking.com price. Never book here

Review 2：Nothing, just have autopark

Review 3：1) Difficulties on a daily basis with the ac, 2) WiFi reception weak, if you could get it at all, which resulted in me not being able to do my work. 3) No screens on any of the windows, so we were unable to get any any fresh air. 4) Ceiling fans not secure to the ceilinh, glass globe fell in the middle of the night, hit me and shattered when it hit the floor. Called to the front desk and no one came up. There was no broom in the apartment so we couldn't even sweep it up ourselves. 5) No adequate cooking utensils, dinnerware,or silverware. No cleaning products for doing dishes. Seriously, consider yourself as "roughing it"and if possible bring all the items you will need to exist, cause is not there! Then to top it all off, we had a staff person ask us to give her money. I probably would have if I had loose cash. She said she had no food, I offered her food, she refused.

Review 4：Most staff very friendly and Eric was awesome! He speaks Haitian Creoleand my fiance and he communicated well. He helped us considerably.

Review 5：when we get there almost at night with the kids tired, in spite of having made our reservation 2 weeks earlier, we found out that they had no room reserved for us. They try accomodate us in a single room for the night and the next day , we had to move to another hotel.

Review 6：Right off Avenida Maximo Gomez, at about a 5min walk from a Metro station, McDonalds and a super mercado. You can walk all the way down to the Malecon sea side, have your own kitchen facilities, tremendous space and good quality WiFi. The staff is really friendly and very helpful with your luggage. And the best part: the price is extremely affordable.

Review 7：dirty , filthy, horrible, i left that hotel in less than 2 hours... absolutely dirty. stinks ... if somebody think i am lying, go see for yourself. i agreed to pay them one night, and they still owe me the 3 night roughly $130... Do not ever stay there.. A/C broken, TV not working, dirty sheets..i feel sick....so i left and went to Aparta Hotel Plaza del Sol , which is 1 min,going toward the university, from this horrible place called Aparthotel Residence City... never never never go there...

Review 9：The manager will always promise to fix the issue or change your room, yet disappears or acts like he doesn't understand english, which he understood during check-in. It is in a dangerous area! I work for the airlines and advise you never to consider this place. The photos you see here, definitely are not what you would get. Do not trust the good reviews.

Review 25：- The wifi does not work well, impossible for conf calls. - My door did not really lock, as the lock was broken, very unsafe! And by the way, there are no safes in the rooms - Staff members were not very professional: (i) did not give me a receipt of what I paid right away, they said they needed to wait for someone else to do it; (ii) called a cab from a company I did not ask for, so that he could get his "propina" (tip), and I had to deal with a taxi driver telling me it would be more expensive my ride; (iii) when I tried to cancel the rest of my reservation (for obvious reasons, you must imagine at this point) the staff told me that I would have to pay for the taxes for the rest of the days, which I had to argue about - Forget about food options - Cold shower at 11pm is not a good experience

Review 27：I reserved a 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor and was told at check-inthat it was already booked. So they put us in 2 separate rooms in thebasement. There were cockaroaches, other insects and mice runningaround. There were drunk people carrying on until all hours of the earlymorning. Do not stay here! The photos on the website are verymisleading.

Review 29：Neither the room nor the hotel appeared like described. The advertisement is largely misleading. The room and furniture had a much lower standard than on the photos. The gas cooker did not work. there was AC only in the bedroom, while the main room was unbearable hot. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. The establishment lack maintenance over many years. The receptionist did only speak Spanish and was in addition struggeling with the check-in. The hotel appeared so bad that I checked out again after 5 hours.
