Review 1：It was advertised as a three room apartment and that is what we booked. We got there and the one room was locked and we were told that we didn't need it because there was only four of us. We booked and paid for it and that is what we should have had. Also this is a working farm that manufactures and sells timber planks. The smell of the solvent wood treatment was overpowering at times and when they sand down the timber you have to keep the windows shut because of the dust.Also we were in the lower apartment and if you have someone above you that is noisy you will know about it. There is no soundproofing so when the people upstairs move a chair or turn in the bed you know about it downstairs.

Review 5：The apartment itself is quite tricky to find, even with a gps - thestreet it's located on breaks and continues in a different locationafter "end of town" sign (!!!) No Wi-Fi. On request, the landladyoffered us a network cord - which was quite useless with smartphones.Final cleaning charge of 90 Eur. Per room looks way exaggerated. Therooms were clean for sure, but no better than other apartments withmuch lower charge. Paying for cleaning like for extra night doesn'tseem right.

Review 6：Nicely furnished, comfortable rooms. Splendid surroundings for a calm,relaxing vacation. Not too far away from Salzburg and other locations(we visited Monsee, Sankt- Gilgen, Bad Aussee). Very kind, polite andcordial owners. Children found lots of occupation with the games andanimals around.

Review 7：Apartment is looking a little dated, apart from the kitchen which was fairly new, and lacked some facilities such as ironing board & microwave cooker. There is also no bath in the bathroom, only a shower.

Review 9：We would like to advise future customers of this establishment that thecleaning fee of €30,00 is a daily fee which includes the day arrive. Ourunit was not cleaned during our stay nor were the towells changed but wewere still charged €90,00. Also we only had access to wifi if we were onthe balcony otherwise you have to enter the owners private residence touse the Internet . Communication was difficult
