Review 1：We booked the hotel as advertised because it said that they had undergone refurb. When we arrived we were put in the annex so really there is an element of false advertising going on. It appeared that only German guests got to stay in the main hotel.

Review 2：The staff were all polite, pleasant and professional beyond the usual expectations.

Review 3：The hotel is split into two blocks - the main block has been re-furbished which is what is shown on the photos when you book. The second is across the road and is tired and dated. We were placed in the old block and asked at reception if we could change to the new block as that's what we thought we had booked - to stay in a newly refurbished hotel. Our request was refused by reception and we were told that the new block is for those guests who book via Alltours only and that booking.com should have told us we will be put in the old block. Booking.com please inform future guests of this so they do not have the same disappointment on arrival.

Review 4：The main hotel is lovely and in a great location.

Review 5：There was no information about another building which is part of the hotel. Once we got our keys they told us we are in another hotel building - which was across the street - but it hardly looked like a hotel. Luckily we did not stay in the room that much but we did not sit outside on the balcony neither as it was just not nice In case you book a double or triple room / not a suite / you should know - you will be accommodated elsewhere but not in the hotel - pictures on booking It would help to have this information incorporated when promoting this hotel.

Review 9：All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were extremely clean following the refurbishment. This hotel for the price I could not fault. Only a one minute walk if that to the beach too.

Review 12：The pool was rather small for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. The food was ok but the hotel could do with a better dishwasher as the crockery was not always clean enough.

Review 13：The hotel was very close to the wonderful beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, albeit the bathroom was a bit on the small side.

Review 14：The rooms are very ugly and basic. My girlfriend got a cold in the night since the bed cover is almost non existent (even though the day is hot the night can be cold) and when we came down to reception to ask for extra covers they said they had none and that we needed to wait until next morning until the rooming staff was in. I had to give my cover to my girlfriend (as Reception told us this Hotel does not have double beds for couples or if they do, it is only a couple of rooms so chances are you are getting only twin beds) and cover her with the toilet towels. This never happened to us before and we travel a lot. Next day they did add extra cover, but even though my girlfriend even left tips in the bed before we left the room in the morning to go to the beach (and before they added the extra cover) they only put extra cover in one bed which is also quite cheap and disappointing from a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone really. I rather pay a bit more next time.

Review 15：Staff was nice and polite. Location is good, 2 blocks from the beach but then this beach has many hotels located right next to it. If you want something cheap for just a few nights it is ok.

Review 37：The less positive point is the meals timetable. For instance the dinnerwas very early (18h30 till 20h30), which obliges us to leave the beachin a hurry in order to have dinner. Review 43：Please do not stay here!!! I can not stress enough how bad and disgustingly dirty this hotel is - it has BED BUGS!!! Do not stay here! I will list below the major points and there are many:-* We had booked 2 rooms close together on the same floor, as I was travelling with my family, including my 11 year old niece. Upon arrival we were told to pay for by credit card for the rooms in advance. This took nearly an hour to process as the credit card machine was not working and the man on reception did not know how to fix it.. this must have been a sign for us not to stay here!!!We given our keys to the rooms and told to find our own way to them. Upon arrival in the first room (the room which I would be sharing with my 11 year old niece) we found the room to be smelling strangely and looking dirty in general, just wasn't fresh and clean. There were numerous insects climbing on the wall by the bed I would be sleeping in and numerous human hairs on the floor. So I checked the bed and found black bugs on the unclean bedding (again had human hairs inside). Pulling up the mattress, to our horror, we could see that the wooden slats of the base of the bed were covered in holes where numerous live bed bugs had burrowed into the wood and were continuing to climb out.* We reported this immediately to the man on reception who said that the manager wasn't on site. Then within 10 minutes a man appeared - who never confirmed he was the manager until we asked him. We took him to the room to show him the bed/dirty room and the live bed bugs, to which he just stood there and stared. He never spoke, or offered any apology, just shrugged his shoulders as if it was nothing. He was rude and just didn't care, that after the money we had paid for this so called 3 star hotel - this is what we had to content with. We can honestly say that we have never ever, in all the years that we have travelled to Majorca have we experienced a hotel such as this!

Review 44：The only plus point for staying at this hotel (I'm struggling with the word hotel, as it is more like a hostel!!!), is that it is close to the shops and beach.

Review 45：Bedroom was near lift and was very noisy. We asked to be moved but wastold no other rooms available. No evening entertainment and nothing todo in Hotel during day or evening.
