Review 1：We loved the view and the apartment was really well equipped. Nice private balcony and very clean. Everything you needed to be self catering was in the apartment. Owners very friendly and accommodating.
Review 2：Could have done with more equipment, for example no electric kettle or hair dryer. TV no english speaking channels.

Review 4：the downside of having a beautiful view is that it is on the top of quite a steep hill. There are two roads up to the property and both are steep. There is also a shortcut half way up one hill. It is made up of very rustic rocky steps and very steep.
Review 5：The view is to die for. The pool was lovely, we were often the only people using it. It is a very peaceful location. A bottle of water was placed in the fridge for our arrival. I noticed other reviews state there was no toilet roll or washing up liquid but we did have all of it so perhaps they have read the reviews and changed things where they can.
Review 6：Only down side would be that it is quite a big hill to walk up so would not be suitable for some without a car.

Review 10：This is a fantastic place to stay, and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was clean, and facilities were perfect for our needs. Access down the hill is very easy, with convenient steps located 100 metres to the side of the property, or you have the option of taking the slightly longer road route past the local supermarket, which again is very nearby. As a couple on a short break, this property was perfect for our needs with a good balance of value for money v comfort. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon.

Review 12：very clean & well maintained. Nice to have a container in the shower cubicle at convenient height to hold shower gel, shampoo etc. Excellent water power in the shower. Clean towels mid-week. Lovely pool area. Stunning views.
Review 13：Incredible views and friendly helpful owners. The pool was great especially for young children. Walking to the beach is not a problem as there is a cut through path down the hill. There seems to be a night time curfew on noise from the surrounding hotels as everything is quiet by 11pm. We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely be back again!
Review 14：Mosquitoes are an issue in mid August. Our first night we were bitten and then we got wise. Mosquito netting would help or a fan so you could close windows without overheating.
Review 15：Great views. 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was over two floors and had uniterrupted views of the bay. Very friendly owners who highlighted great beaches/sites to visit.
Review 16：Apartments are pretty small, with one bedroom, and the hotels have noisy music in the evenings which takes some getting used to with small children - but they got on Spanish time pretty quickly!

Review 19：The owners were great - very friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment was amazing - you could see the whole of the resort without even leaving the sofa! Air con or fans would have helped in the August heat but the sea breeze helped to keep the temperature reasonable. Pool was bigger than it appeared in the pictures and kept very clean.

Review 24：Very warm welcome from owners. Very clean and spacious apartment. Kettle and toaster available. Great shower with reliable hot water. Comfortable bed. Large terrace with lovely sea view (partially obstructed by trees for the two-bedroom apartments). There is no air conditioning or fan however the bedrooms are kept cool by the sea breeze. You will need to keep all external doors and windows open so a plug-in mosquito repellent is advisable and very effective. Five minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and ten minutes to the resort centre (descending the hill!).

We took some netting with us and covered outer louvred door after reading reviews by previous visitors. Also don't leave food unattended on balcony table as seagulls will steal it as we found out!

Review 33：No bad experience, but the apartments were left for 3 days with only phone numbers in case of problems (but we didn't have a phone -but, equally there were no problems.We were disappointed that we could not see thae managers when we vacated the apartment on schedule/ A supply of replacement toilet rolls would have been a help (we had to buy one ) and simple basic supplies eg salt and pepper would have been appreciated

Review 35：No wifi in the appartment even though it clearly says that it is in the discription. I needed wifi for work and had to go to pool area to use it. It is not convinient considering some days were rainy and you want to relax at home. No salt paper soap etc in the kitchen. I believe everyone leaves some (also we left these necessities when checked out) so why do they clean them? Very inconvinient especially if you stay for a short period and need to by kilo of salt.

Review 38：Great reception, we forgot to take the map and rang them, they waited out on the street to wave us in. The apartment was great the views beyond belief. Stayed in 3 places and this was definitely the best.
Review 39：After having stayed a few days in Ciutadella Cala Galdana was too touristy for us. There are several resorts in the area and you were forced to listen to their evening shows (sometimes three at the same time). This was quite funny actually and didn't bother us that much. Fly screens and/or fans in the bedrooms would have been very nice because of the mosquitoes.
Review 40：The hosts, Jaume and Elionor, were absolutely lovely and did everything to make your holiday enjoyable. What a great couple! The apartment was nice - it was clean and had lots of space. Pool area was well-maintained and had an excellent view over the bay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 47：Very nice apartment with a great view over the bay. Close to main beaches (useful to have a rental car). Approximately 5-10 minute walking distance from Cala Galdana centre, where you can find a lot of good restaurants etc. Jaume and Elionor were very kind and helpful during the stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 49：Views- Excellent Well equipped kitchen, all very clean. Always plenty of hot water and good pressure on the shower. Swimming pool was exceptionly clean as was the area around it.
Review 50：It could have a minimum of kitchen items that usually people do not travel with and are not possible to buy in small quantities, like stuff to clean the dishes, oil, salt.. (everything else is there and OK). Be aware that in Cala Galdana only the big hotels are at beach level, everything else is uphill and these apartments are no exception (5 min walk).

Review 52：The mosquitos were dreadful the first two nights, and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out. Either having screens or a ceiling fan (or any fan) in the bedroom would have made a huge difference. That being said, we asked for bug spray and they gave us a plugin mosquito repellent which helped on our fourth night (third night we closed all the windows which stopped 95% of attacks). Also, we had to buy our own toilet paper and dish / hand soap which was a mild inconvenience. All that being said it was a perfectly fine place to stay, and would recommend to anyone.
Review 53：View was worth a million dollars, and in general it was a great place to stay. Pool was refreshing and the bed was very comfortable (and firm).
Review 54：Travellers need to know that other hotels nearby have extremely loud entertainment every night even Sunday and Monday..I was unable to have early nights as planned - it was impossible to shut the noise out. If you're looking for peace and quiet don't stay in Cala Galdana at all. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable.. But it was fine considering the low hotel rate.
Review 55：The apartments could do with fly-screens on the doors to keep mosquitos out, or perhaps air conditioning. And we felt that it would have been nice to provide us with a few things to make our stay easier - e.g. washing up liquid, washing clothes, salt, pepper - all those things that you don't really want to buy when you are flying home again but make it easier to be self-catering. But minor niggles really!
Review 56：The location of the apartments was fabulous - fantastic views across the bay, and on the hill above the main hotels/ shops/ restaurants. The local restaurants were excellent with plenty of different places/prices to choose from. The apartment was bright and airy, with balconies on both floors. The communal pool had great views and comfy sunbeds. A quiet and very pleasant place to stay.

Review 98：The view, which was stunning, breakfast on the balcony was a joy every day and in the evening as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony there was free entertainment laid on by the expensive hotel below! There are some very good restaurants nearby and with our hire car we found some fabulous beaches in easy reach.
Review 99：The view from these apartments is simply stunning and they all have balconies overlooking the bay. Because there's only 12 or 13 apartments when we were there we had the luxury of swimming in an empty pool. The accommodation is simple but has everything you need including washing machine. The owners are a genuinely lovely couple called Eli and Jaume. They couldn't do enough for us and even let us have the apartment all day on the day we were leaving. If you have small children there's a restaurant called El Meson Murciano 5 mins down the hill with a playground next to it so the children can play whilst you relax. Cala Galdana is beautiful. I would definitely recommend the resort and these apartments.
