Review 1："The Hotelier". Our stay at this hotel was spoilt by a failure in Your system to cancel one of the nights we had booked. The hotelier had received an email from booking.com (shown to me on his computer) but admitted to us that he had ignored it and wanted to charge us for the 2 nights we cancelled as "we had not telephoned HIM to cancel. His attitude on our arrival was extremely bad and not what we expected from a hotel owner. Instead of giving us our rooms he made us stand at reception while he blamed booking.com for the error.

Review 4：No-nonsense comfortable clean hotel, on-site semi-private parking, within minutes walk from the centre, and just 5 minutes away from the highway, friendly and helpful staff.

Review 8：Not the hotel's fault, but local road works confused me! I didn't find anything to dislike about the hotel.
Review 9：I was looked after in a way that allowed me to relax. I was on a cycling trip and arrived tired and dirty. I was shown a secure place to leave my bike, had my bags carried, and a promise of a free 'lunch bucket' the next day. Oh, and free choc bars at reception!
Review 10：fantastic hotel I was traveling the rhein by bike and this was a refreshing change for a hotel offered food when I arrived complimentary drink on arrival even offered a cheaper room than I booked would use again without hesitation

Review 12：Very Good location near the train station and shopping/pedestrian part of the city. Owner was very friendly. Offered some free snacks on arrival which was very kind. Breakfast was quite good.

Superior breakfast room -- diverse selection, and efficient staff. Good neighborhood -- close to public pedestrian zone and restaurants.
