Review 1：Room was cold when I arrived, had to put blanket on bed which only had a single top sheet Room was very large with only a 26 inch TV Junior apartment equipped with a shower over the bath...inadequate

Review 23：My friends had been told they could pay to keep a room on for the afternoon, as they had an evening flight, but on the day this was refused, which made it a long day waiting around with no facilities to shower etc just before they travelled home. This was disappointing for a hotel of this quality.

Review 55：Excellent hotel with great design and decor however the staff made our stay for us. They are good humoured, professional and made us feel very well looked after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Review 56：Suggest the hotel management include a stock list of the contents of the mini-bar in the rooms. we were charged for a bottle of water that we most certainly did not take from the mini-bar. When we protested it was uncomfortable until another couple standing behind us at reception told us they had been charged for two bottles of water they had not taken. The receptionist did offer to refund the charge. Also, I had taken a case down to the car and we left a shopping bag quite visibly in the room whilst we went for breakfast, when we went to check out, the receptionist also advised us the housekeeper had reported we had checked out of our room, consequently the desk had used our Amex card to pay for an item we had signed a room service chit, telling us that quite often guests left the hotel without checking out and paying for items, again left us with an uncomfortable feeling, not a very professional attitude adopted by reception.

Review 64：Dust under bed and smell of body order in room on arrival which I told the cleaner about next morning. Not sufficient loo roll,run out. Tea and coffee making ie kettle,cups,tea choice and coffee,hot milk not provided in room,not known in a 4 star until stayed here! They have kettles so they should have them in room with a selection of tea and coffee. Had to ask and only given one tea bag others were herbal teas,it's a perk for me in a hotel enjoying a tea or coffee whilst away on holiday. No ice cream choice at all first day there,they had run out. Staff member was busy and low on stock for drinks and struggling with orders. My crisps were stale and she was very rude about it and put my plate over the refuse bin still with my sandwich on the plate and abruptly tipped the stake crisps into the bin,full of germs. Then resentfully shoved a another pack at me. Another guest witnessed this and said I should complain. The youngest staff member at reception with long Curley hair,was very abrupt and had a harsh tone she needs to be more friendly and smile when a new guest checks in. Sets a bad tone and I felt uncomfortable. After a while she sort of softened though prob cos I made an effort! No soap in dispenser in reception toilets,not clean enough and should smell fresh. No loo roll in pool toilets in pool floor. Soap hard to pump from dispenser again not clean enough and smelly. Could do with air fragrance infusers to help as used a lot on 5 th floor. Jets and shower /water features in pool not working. Pool areas should be bigger for such a large hotel. Insufficient loungers per guest ratio. I didn't have a bed first part of day I arrived I had to sit in a chair. This was a not well thought design other guests also agreed. No areas to dry stuff on balcony.

They sent someone to look at it who announced they would have to shut the water off and fix it.....the next day! We weren't happy with that and said so to reception but when we got back to our room it still wasn't working. We were only staying one night so had to get up the next morning and wash in the sink and bidet which we had to fill three times as the plug didn't work. There was no offer of an alternative room nor shower facilities.

Review 114：This was a hotel created by a designer who knew little about hotels. The corridors were very dark and the room numbers were set low down and on the side wall, we had to show a few people were they were as they searched for their room, it also was a difficulty for the revellers returning in the early hours. The bathroom was hopeless with taps that just encouraged you to waste water, hopeless sink that caused water to splash everywhere and a shower in the bath that had a silly short screen, so water is all over the bathroom floor, also the bath was very slippy. The rear of the hotel opens onto a huge area with a vast number of eateries, non looked 4* and generally they were not good prices for an evening meal (by Spanish standards). The hotel had a very nice dining room which was not in operation!! Los Alcazares and the 525 were not my idea of a 4* experience.

Review 117：Location & Shower facilities in the spa prior to departure. We tried to get a late check out but they were fully booked. With the spa facilities there is actually no need to pay for late check out which was an excellent end to the holiday.

Tv could not change language on TDTV channels and no non-Spanish channels listed. Bar prices fiendish - pool bar served a tiny flute of average white wine at the price of a bottle.
