Reviews for Hotel Villa de Aranda
Review 1:Lack of coffe in the rooms...but there were several bars close to buy some, also, staff didn't restock needed bathroom items like soap and shampoo.
Review 2:Great location.....literally 1 minutes from town center with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful...spoke excellent English as well. Rooms had a very modern, stylish Decor with Juliet balconies.
Review 3:Internet WiFi from room was absolutely awful. Stayed with many colleagues and very few of us could connect from rooms. No restaraunt. Only breakfast room.
Review 4:Great central location. Clean and smart. Bedrooms were fine.
Review 5:Due to the pedestrianized sections of the city as well as all the one way streets around the hotel, it was very difficult to find the hotel parking garage. We spent over 30 minutes going around in circles and only found the garage when someone local was kind enough to lead us there. There should be signages or a map handed out by the hotel.
Review 6:Centrally located; nice room complete bathroom amenities; helpful staff
Review 7:There is no lounge area (other than the lobby itself) to just sit and chat or read. suggest converting the breakfast room to a guest lounge area. That super terrace should be opened to guests too!!
Review 8:The location is super. The reception staff are so pleasant and helpful. The room was modern, clean and had good sound proofing. The TV is new and and works beautifully. Super soft bed linens and plenty of towels.
Review 9:Some of the staff were a little bit kindless. Very expensive.

Review 19:Cost of breakfast, cost of room relative to quality, general value for money. Parking was a nightmare. Not indicated by you or hotel. Extremely difficult to get bags from car to from and from room to car.
Review 20:Breakfast.
Review 21:Failure to respond to maintenance requests (light bulbs out). Room key system poor, constantly needed to be reprogrammed.
Review 22:Reception Staff was very helpful and breakfast staff was willing to accomodate our schedule.
Review 23:We made our reservation through booking.com, yet the staff had no recordof us; thus, we got a very chilly reception and were treated as aninconvenience. Also, there was nowhere to park temporarily to check in,so we ended up parking several blocks away and carrying our bags; itwould have been nice if the website had explained where to park to checkin and where the associated lot was.
