Review 1：Some repairs might be done in the apartments, there was a hole in the bathroom, behind the toilet, the doors from the bedroom and bathroom creaking, not possible to open a door without waking up everybody in the apartment. Bath towels quite old. All is clean but quite old and obsolete.

Review 3：The location and view from the balcony were excellent. The gate from the pool area directly to the beach was just so covenient.We enjoyed our stay so much.

Review 4：The service of the restaurant were too fussy about where we sit although there were a lot of empty spaces around. Most animation and communication in German though it is known that not all the guests are from Germany.

Review 6：When requested help, the staff was not reactive. Air conditioned did not work during the whole stay, although we asked to fix it at least two times. Staff barely speaks English at the reception (no one in the bar/breakfast area can speak other than Spanish and German). Some staff kept on speaking to us in German, knowing well that we couldn't understand them. Enterteinment does not seem exceptional, but we did not really enjoy it. Again, the language of such enterteinment is exclusively German. Cleaning was just satisfactory, but could be better. In our impression the hotel just works for groups of German tourists travelling with agencies (at least 95% of the visitors), rather than for individuals/families. Not a disaster, but not recommendable either (in our opinion), especially to other people but Germans.

Review 7：The location is very good, facing a nice and sandy beach. Cala Millor is well located, allowing short trips both to the north and the south of Mallorca. Breakfast is fine. The apartment is just ok and equipped enough, but nothing really special.

Review 34：The Hotel was in an excellent location, next to the beach and close to shops etc. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had half board and there was a great selection of food available, even for our fussy 7 year old. The apartments were clean and comfortable with a great sea view

Review 35：Our balcony only had sun until breakfast time, which might be nice in the height of summer but earlier in the season more sun would have been appreciated. Even though the hotel was quiet the lobby got busy with wi fi users, no problem but i wonder about the high season.

Review 36：The sea view from our balcony, the comfy beds, very clean. Great pool and terrace area, friendly staff. Direct access to a beautiful beach ( across the promenade but no road.) position in resort, not right in the centre but very accessible. everything we wanted at a good price.
