Review 1：Balcony triangular shaped and cramped. No thermostat control on air/con. No tea set. No iron. Only BBC1 and BBC2 English stations. Sewerage smell in bathroom in mornings but was an issue in general in Las Americas. Dining area too warm...doors to patio not opened. Main courses generally bland. Reception area cramped. Made no effort to accommodate our booking requests. No large sized room despite being advertised on booking.com and having paid extra for it. Only one two lifts and long delays waiting for them.
Review 2：Having fridge in hotel room. Air/con. Hair dryer. Good shower. Small 24 hr supermarket only 50m away. Good coffee machine in restaurant area. Ice cream delicious. Smoothies made fresh every morning and delicious. Sports and entertainment girls very pleasant and cheerful and good with kids.
Review 3：1 tiny lift 4 persons capacity for 7 storey hotel is a bit to little.

Review 10：Swimming pool was advertised as being heated but was certainly NOT. the management insisted the temperture was 22 degrees but was only 18. This was the reason we paid a little extra for this hotel and quite disappointed about this. So there was no swimming to be had!

The daily activity was fun and the night activities (shows) were very entertaining and fun. The pool area was good and the pool bar very good, and the grill lunch outside, two times a week, was great.
Review 29：I would like to see more and more hotels providing double beds rather than twin beds. Who the hell goes on holidays as a couple and wants to sleep in twin beds? Had twin beds and I would've liked bathroom towels smelling fresher.

Facilities are great, beds are super comfortable, foodamazingly good and nicely presented. On departure date a "Courtesy room was provided for 30 minutes so we could shower at 19:00before heading for the airport...This amazed us! Review 38：We booked a sea view room and had a fantasic view from the seventh floor. Food was good and the staff are all very friendly. Lots of things to do nearby.
Review 39：First of all I didn't like that Internet is not included. Second it is extremely expensive. But I was on my way to accept that but then happens one thing. I was shocked when we bought an Internet service and we couldn't use skype. You mislead your customers, because there is no information that skype connection is not included in Internet package and even when I asked hotel stuff they lied that sype should work. I am programmer so I know about these things. It was blocking from your server. Please don't mislead your customer and inform about this issue before somebody will buy Internet service.

Not good for the hotel as it encourages guests to go out for the evening rather than buying drinks in the hotel. Also button 1 on the right hand lift was not working. When I reported it staff said We have known about it for a long time.

Review 43：Although we have asked for a double bed, we have only received a twin room (the beds were put together); however, uncomfortable, especially when they started to shift away; hard mattress, not the cosiest to expect in a hotel (a matter of taste). Although a clean hotel, it misses the spark that would have made it a "must return" hotel. The services in the room are below expectations (four stars hotel but no slippers, toiletries, toilet brush, etc. provided). Very limited toiletries, that were not even replaced on a daily basis. Wifi is provided only against charge, however most of the hotels in Playa de las Americas have this practice. Relatively small-sized pool for the number of rooms; during hot weather it can get really crowded.
Review 44：The staff is the best asset of this hotel; problem solving oriented personnel, ready to accommodate all wishes and needs; positive, cheerful attitude. Location is convenient, not far from the sea coast, however a bit back from the main sea front; Good variety of food; we have booked a half board and we had enough to choose from both in the mornings and in the evenings. Very nice view from the upper floors (we have received a room in the 7th floor and we enjoyed a wonderful view to the ocean).
Review 45：We were half board and sometimes had to wait too long to be served our drinks at the evening meal. on occasions I was nearly finished my meal when the older waitress served us and she was not very happy or friendly. Thankfully the younger waitresses were friendly and efficient. Sorry the music in the dining room at breakfast time was depressing.
Review 46：Our maid was professional and friendly. I had vertigo and was very nauseous and sick and confined to bed for almost two days. The maid could not do enough for my husband and I, providing me with towels and bed linen. She inquired how I was which was considerate and caring.I wish I had seen her again before I went home but she must have been off the last two days of our holiday. we were in room 702. Review 47：NO FREE WIFI: I find it unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Moreover, after I paid 20 Euro for for 5 days, it turned out that the wifi signal was VERY poor. The receptionists didn't make me very welcome. Also, although I explicitly requested a double bed at booking time, I received twin beds. Rooms are clean but somehow very basic. The TV has like 10 channels but the quality of the image is low. The phone did not worked. The bathroom towels looked old. Overall, not a 4 star hotel. To be frank, considering my past bookings in Spain, most of their 4 star hotels should be in fact 3 stars.
Review 48：Good location: just in the middle between Playa Las Americas and Los Cristianos, not far from the beach and also close to Siam Park and Costa Adeje Gua-Gua bus station(10 mins walking). Nice pool and bar with activities going on during the day.
Review 49：The people that worked at reception were rude and unhelpful. We were there for family reasons and a lot of the party was booked in, and 4 of the bookings were double booked, and they were sent to a sister hotel.
