Review 1：There were no bad experiences.
Review 2：When we arrived the welcome from Michael was exceptional, so friendly and informative. The restaurant's décor was that of a mine that used to be nearby and thus gave a nicely lit intimate atmosphere. The food presented was delicious with HUGE servings for the price. Our room was spacious and well equipped, excellent Wi-Fi connection with a comfortable bed. The stay was faultless.

Review 8：Great atmosphere but in carnival weekend it was heaving. No attention to detail from busy staff. We did have everything we needed bar the odd wardrobe door. Free earplugs made the 3.30 am finish to the disco/karaoke OK.
