Review 11：The only thing that lets this lovely hotel down is the rather cold and at times very unfriendly staff - surprsingly the family members were the most unfriendly, often ignoring us in passing. Very little English is spoken and with great reluctance!

Review 23：All was perfect! Beautiful rooms, food, staff, nature, position. A lot of things to do for all ages: hiking, biking, walking, rafting, stunning waterfall in a nearby location. We wold go there again as soon as possible, in fact this was our second visit and it was even better than the first time, if perfection can be improved! I am lost for words, thank you for a memorable stay!

Review 26：Attitude of the owner's wife. The service from the other staff memberswas great, but the owner's wife has a really bad attitude problem. Ourbill contained a drink we had not consumed and we politely informedabout this and she went cracy that we dare to complain about 2,90€. Yes,that is not a lot, but since we had informed the staff about thismistake already earlier before signing the drink receipt the followingmorning, it should have been already removed from the bill. Instead ofapologizing for the mistake she said "Drei euro, sheiße" and fussedaround. She probably thought that we would not understand german, buteven his other behavior already lacked all respect for a customer :(It's a pity since the staff and hotel otherwise was great.
