Review 1：The Wifi is problematic depending on your room location, which is important for work, rather than seek a cure for signal problems they simply move you closer to reception.

Review 2：This is a city hotel within walking distance of recognisable shops but still with the Dominican street experience. Rooms are well equipped and the staff are excellent.

Review 3：The AC in the room did not work that well. The room smelled like an old cigarette; it had a heavy smoke residual odor. Not pleasant at all, especially since my wife has a history of asthma. Not worth the cost in my opinion. We paid about $112.00 (US$) for one night in a double bedded room. The place looks much nicer online but not in person.

Review 5：Although the room I had was very nice. I thought it was kind of small. Also there was no window view in this room. Really didn't care much for the breakfast. Breakfast was included. Only ate there twice. Didn't like it much. Walked down to the gas station which had a restaurant (waking distance from hotel). Good food and better breakfast.

Review 12：Need to have a disable room avaliable. With the entrance door to the bathroom more then 26" it's the law. I had to transfer from my chair to two other chairs before a make it to the toilet.

Review 13：Room was not as in the picture, Bed was uncomfortable, we orderd breakfast in the room, it took them 1full hour and 3 calls to finally get it to the room, They gave us a room next to the reception and we could hear everyone talking like if it was inside our room (since it was only a one night stay we didnt want to bother in changing the room), we could not sit on the bed with our backs on the bed head becuase the bed would move out of place. We would not stay there again.

They give you tons of candy and sodas and both checking in and checking out takes an extra 5-10 minutes to have someone count the food. Was really annoying and the front desk guy stared me down the whole time as we waited.

The first room they put me in was on the first floor and it was dirty and uncomfortable. The next morning they change me to a better room on the 4th floor, no elevator. I wont be staying there again.

Staff very respectful, helpful, and willing to all my needs, like my taxi waa always there when they said it would. I was very surprised, because I didn't know the hotel and was kind of scared, but it exceed my expectations.

Review 35：This hotel should relay the prices of the room with taxes included online. In addition, it should be said online also about a 500 pesos deposit. Reason being, travelers like myself are accustomed to having the exact amount of pesos on hand to keep thieves from stealing. Rooms also have no complementary soap. U have to purchase or bring your own

The room was not very big, but enough for two people, a/c worked the whole time...... Didn't get to try the continental breakfast as we always woke too late from coming in late every night....... Staff was very helpful and informative.... Would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Santiago.

Review 42：This wasn't a hotel it was a barn people shouldn't stay at this hotel The outside looks nice but once you get inside this hotel it's a mess. No a/c. The people who work there look suspect. No customer service. We went there 5 days. We only spent 2 hours over there. We have to go a different hotel. No one should go there. Waste your vacation. And your money. I recommend you to go to hodelpa hodel.
