Review 1：Poor location beside busy main road with lots of traffic noise. Unable to adjust heating in room so not very warm. TV only has Spanish speaking channels. Noise from adjoining room.

Lovely views from room 303. Great location if you don't mind driving. Tip: ask for a room away from the motorway when booking.

Review 11：Excellent hotel in a lovely setting, We were allocated a beautiful room (301) with a huge balcony and a wonderful view. Evening meal in the restaurant was an excellent buffet at a reasonable price. All of the staff were very attentive & polite. We will definitely stay again.

Review 12：Toaster didn't work - was replaced with another in working order. No hairdryer asked at reception was told none available at present but took room number at was promised would be given one after pending residents due to checking out that day- asked every day for three days but was told none available - so give up and bought a hairdryer. Tumble dryer didn't work - furniture was tired and grubby - minimum amount of cutlery - could have been better - definatlety not 4 star - lots of Spanish residence - not British friendly. - definatlety need a car or a lot of spare cash for taxis - met a lot of friendly taxi drivers !!!

Review 16：Not enough sunbeds The bedding was only changed once in 16 nights! Thestaff speak no English, couldn't even communicate to Housekeeping tocome later than 9am! Knocked at 9am every morning without fail. TheSpanish overpowered the whole environment - 98% Spanish travellers whichis a nightmare in the Spanish kids holidays as the noise isunbelieveable at night until the early hours of the morning Receptionunhelpful when problems reported The water features that run alongsidethe ground floor 'Superior' appointments are not filled The'Superior' apartments really aren't worth any extra payment,not superior in anyway No hot water for showers at 5pm nightmare -wished we'd never visited and saved the money - stay someone likethe 525 or Hotel Costa Los Narejos instead

Review 31：No bad experiences, hotel a long way from anything else, definitely need a car to go anywhere, not even anything nearby to walk to. Very sparse outside seating, a huge terrace with only two tables and a very limited amount of chairs. Restaurant location had been changed and nobody was informed. We did have the buffet dinner one evening which was hugely overpriced at €18 and not much choice so didn't eat at the hotel again. Would not stay here again.

Review 35：We had 3 main complaints, the fridge did not work the terrace windows did not lock and the air conditioning was no good. Maintenance came and sorted it all but the air conditioning was just the same. It was so hot the second night we had to open the doors and have all the noise from the road. We could not stay in the room on the last morning as planned because of the heat.

Tip if you like a good cup of tea at breakfast bringyour own teabags and get boling water in breakfast room. Staff werefriendly and overall we felt rested next morning. This hotel could dowith a free late check out offer for tired travellers. Overall a veryrelaxing stay in a good hotel

Review 108：The restaurant was not available to me because it was fully occupied by a private party of some kind, so only the bar menu was available. The mini-bar in my room contained only two bottles of water, in spite of having a full list of drinks on the price list. The breakfast was disappointing. Apart from two plates of supermarket sliced ham and cheese and a choice of fruit juices, the only things available were bread, butter and jam and a few apples an oranges. There was no hot food available.
