Review 1：The local taxi driver had difficulty to locate the property. The in-room facilities lacked a kettle and dustbin.
Review 2：Chose the hotel as the office of my client was located just across the road. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well proportioned, clean and comfortable. The nearest train station is Pinar and it is within walking distance. The nearest shopping center can be found near the station.
Review 3：No sign for the hotel, we couldn't find this hotel as it didn't have its' name on the front or anywhere, we arrived in the middle of night and had difficulty to find it. It has only a sign which is written Hotel not mentioning of Las Rozas.
Review 4：The Hotel was very clean and the size of our room was big and spacious. It is perfect location if you are travelling through spain.
Review 5：We cou!ld not locate the hotel and after numerous call to reception were only given A6 exit 19 they could not supply any local road names to enter in the sat nav . They eventually gave coordinates which were 44 minutes away from Madrid . These took us to the middle of knowhere .I again rang for assistance only to be told A6 exit 19 . Because of this we ended up driving the following days planned journey of 4. Hours to our villa.

Review 7：The receptionist on arrival couldn't have done any more to make us welcome. So friendly and helpful. Hope he's there when we return on the 23rd August. What a credit to his profession.
