Review 1：We had to take out the garbage which isn't a deal breaker, but was a little inconvenient.
Review 2：There was plenty of room and in a great location near restaurants & a Lidl.
Review 3：It was on the third floor. For the price, I was asked to clean everything and throw all trash away, even though they have someone to come and clean the place, and the sheet on our bed were dirty and stained. not good
Review 4：The location was ideal for the places we wanted to visit. They allowed our dog at the property. Property had all the essential to make a meal. Small but nice bathroom, big tub.

Review 11：The location is perfect if you want to visit Oberhausen. The facilities of the apartment are in good condition and clean.
Review 12：Great value for family of 5. Secure apartment. Lidl close by. Good base for shopping and Lego discovery.
Review 13：There wasn't much choice in tv networks, especially if one didn't speak German. We also had trouble figuring out how the tv worked. Internet was available, but the signal was weak. The heating system didn't seem to work but there was one electric heater in the kitchen.
Review 14：The apartment was on the 2nd floor so we didn't have to climb that many stairs. It was sqeaky clean and Ikea fresh. Lots of closet space, big fridge, fully equipped kitchen. Situated only 20 mins walk from train station, bus stop directly in front of the apartment, small restaurants and snack bars in the direct vicinity. Lidl at walking distance.
