Review 1：Very nice & comfortable hotel with a perfect location! Very friendly & helpful staff. Rich & of good quality breakfast & dinner! Very is a good children playground in hotel also you can find several along the beach. If you rent a car you can easily find a public place near the hotel - free of charge! Near the National park of dunes - must be visited!

Review 2：The bed was a little hard. The pool area is a little small.

Review 3：The luxurious room with front sea view. The large shower. The large variety and quality of breakfast. Towel loans for a small deposit which are changed daily. Free drink on arrival.

Review 9：Excellent location near coastal nature reserve. Fabulous buffet at breakfast and dinner.Friendly,helpful staff. Resort nice and quiet in December but good selection of cafes remain open. Wonderful area for cycling and walking. Weather amazing but cold at night. Hotel lovely and warm. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Mainly German guests but staff also speak/understand English. Wonderful winter break and we plan to return next year.

Review 10：- the food was fresh and tasty,but after having been there on one evening where the hotel was full of spanish guests, we realised that the variety of food was much more and better on that one evening than on normal evenings.

Review 12：- We were not informed that we had to make the shuttle reservation from/to the airport 72 hrs before! And the prices of the hotel for the shuttle to airport18€ were excessive compared to internet companies (8€) No nos habian informado d q habia q reservar 3 dias antes el shuttle y si se reserva desde el hotel es el doble q en internet - Food/restaurant hours not enough fresh and spanish food. Some salads with a lot of sauce did not seem very fresh. Too much salt in all the paellas...a pity por a region known for their paellas. La comida llevaba mucha sal y el horario de la cena acababa super pronto (20h) algunas ensaladas no parecian frescas y muchos de los ingredientes para hacer su propria ensalada eran de lata (zanahorias de lata!) Y solo habia lechuga iceberg..casi nunca las otras variedades. Animation : the animation of hipocampo palace was by far much better. Poor animation activities. Cala millor was too much calm for us: at 10 .30 pm everyone seemed already to be sleeping! Just a line with a lot of hotels one after the other. La ubicacion del hotel nada animada a las 22h30 todo el mundo estaba en la cama.. internet avcess in the PCs in the lobby were not free...while the wifi was free..seemed to us a little bit strange to pay for an internet access in a 4 stars hotel and especially in the PCs of the reception

Review 13：Bonita playa aunque con algunas rocas en algunos sitios. Nice beach with nice lateral beach view Refurbished rooms with nice bathroom and balcony. Habitacion renovada con balcon bien si se kiere desconectar y descansar pero lo ideal es tener coche para moverse por la zona. Ya q esta a 1h del aeropuerto d palma.

Review 14：As it is far from Palma airport, you need to organize the transfer with a shuttle bus well in advance which we didn't. We ended up going by taxi (about 85 euros). Public buses also exist but it is much longer, at least 2 hours.

Review 17：It was a grand, big and fabulous hotel. Lots of great facilities, great friendly staff and nice pool. The outdoor activity instructors were the best. Best buffet for breakfast and dinner. Caters well for gluten and lactose-free.

Review 20：The beds were pretty stiff. I ended up sleeping on the small couch in the room. Housekeeping did a poor job cleaning our room. They did not change the sheets, just made the bed. Flowers in the room were wilted and dead by the end of our stay. Did not get new hand soap either.

Review 57：Hotel is well modernized, with nice and pleasant rooms and common areas. Was a little concerned as from the outside the hotel looked like a 30yr old one but once i got there those concerns were gone. Got the sea view room which is great as you're then very close to the water (can even hear the waves). Food in the restaurant is great. Overall great value.
