Review 2：Excellent service by the hotel owners. They were very helpful and friendly. Offered free bike rentals, which was great! A clean and modern hotel. A hotel we definitely would come back to!

Review 9：If you intend to stay here at the beginning of July and are hoping for peace and quiet please check with the hotel the dates for the village festival! Its a very colourful occasion and was initially fun. However the extremely loud 'trance' music didn't go down well with us at 2am! We were also unable to use the hotels car park as it had been taken over by a beer tent/bar area! (There is parking nearby) The day / night after was great. Just bad timing on our part I guess. Wouldn't have stayed here Sat night if wed known in advance.

Review 10：Location was ideal for the drive over the Grossglocknerstrasse. Pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the street in centre of Bruck. Excellent value as our deal included half board and the food was good with a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
