Review 1：limited weekend check in. Small room, not really warm as a desk covered the one radiator. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. No lifts. Location seemed to be in the middle of an industrial area, quite distant from the rail station and any facilities. Breakfast was overpriced for what was available. No cereal or hot food, just bread rolls and assorted meats and cheeses.

Review 7：Staff tried to be helpful but are 99% non english speaking. It was a nightmare to communicate with. Not walking distance to city centre. Area is quite polluted and you smell gasoline in the air because of a factory close by.Receptionist timings are not fixed. Room is small but clean. If you are not fussy it is ok but definately can find a better place if any are available.

Thanks good ness I was contacted by Booking.com to say how to get into the hotel. Also the shower in my room did not work.
