Review 1：There was a terrible smell that kept us from opening the doors and sitting on the balcony.
Review 2：The apartment was right on the beach. There is shopping nearby, excellent food, and it's not far from Valencia city.
Review 3：A few small touches would have made a huge difference. No soap in the bathrooms on arrival. No kettle in the kitchen until we asked for one. No hairdryer either. Reception only open for 2 hours on a Saturday so no-one to ask.

It had a beach and ocean view and was located amongst a wonderful canal system which you could stroll along and which led to an array of plazas and restaurants. Parking was underground and easily accessible. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided all we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Review 8：What a fantastic apartment! We only spent one night but could have enjoyed many more if time allowed. Very spacious. Small but lovely terrace. We used this as a base to explore Valencia. Since we had s car it worked out perfectly. Absolutely delightful little community.

Review 14：The walls are thin. Don't get a ground floor apt close to the outer door. The front desk is only staffed a few hours a day, including 4 ours on Saturday and none on Sunday.
Review 15：This is a condo/apartment facility. We had a 2BR, 2BA apt on the beach. There are plenty of dining establishments and a couple of small markets. The staff is really helpful, especially when we were locked out and the girl came from home on her off time to let us in. We were there in Sept when prices were low.

Review 20：It was great being right on the beach and having a balcony that overlooked the sea. The marina area was very pretty and the whole place clean and well maintained. The apartment was spacious for 2 adults and 3 grown teenagers and having two bathrooms was a big bonus. Everything we needed was supplied in the apartment. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
Review 21：We needed just one night of parking but the staff said we'd need to pay for all 3 night of parking if we used one of their spaces. The apartment was not clean - it wasn't outright dirty but I was left wondering if the sheets had been cleaned. The kitchen had the bare minimum needed to make a simple meal.

Passes were for a municipal swimming pool and that would have been ok but easy for kids to lose. Woould have been much better with plastic armbands. I would advise car for groceries etc and to go into valencia but not available at resort you need to book from airport, this saves on expensive taxis and inconvenient local transport.

Great large Hypermarket within walking distance so groceries were at local price rather than inflated for tourists and a lot of beach chairs, inflatables etc also available at a good price. Beach view and balconies both sides. Mostly Spanish owned apartments so not too many english families.

Review 37：Taxi service from airport (not provided by the apartment) did not drop us to the apartment, we had to walk for 30+ minutes to find it. A welcome pack would have been nice, such as maps of the local area, wifi information and things to do. But otherwise cannot fault it at all!

Review 40：Port Saplaya is just a stones throw from Valencia City and feels more like a resort than a community, although it is composed mostly of residences. The marina and abundance of authentic restaurants are nice and the beach is incredibly well manicured and very easy to swim in (not rocky). There is also great surf if you're feeling adventurous. Just next to the south end of the community is a mall with a giant supermarket/department store. You can find absolutely anything you need there for very cheap, and the market has very fresh, local produce, meats, breads and cheeses. If you want a very easy vacation within 5 minutes (by car) of the city, go for it!

You must contact Apartamentos Valencia Port Saplaya on the morning of arrival in order to obtain the code for key collection from a safety box located at the apartments.Please note, there is a late check-out supplement of EUR 40 if you check out between 11.00 and 13:00. Check-out after 13:00 will be subject to the amount of another nights’ stay.Please note the following reception hours:Monday through Friday: from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00Saturdays: from 10:00 to 14:00Sundays: closed.Please note if you check out before 10:00 am please leave the keys in key-drop-box in reception.Please note, the seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from the end of June until the start of September.Please note that towels and bed linens are changed once a week for stays over 7 nights.
