Review 1：The room was very clean (as was the entire hotel) with a wonderful view. The hotel was also very peaceful with evening entertainments ending at a reasonable hour for those with families (although we did travel toward the end of the season so would expect that to be the case). The buffets at meal times were plentiful and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful when necessary. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Review 2：Cleaners came at inconvenient times and once so early we hadn't showered yet. Twice they forgot to come at all.

Review 3：Room was quiet and spacious with good balcony. Bathroom clean with good shower and bath. Towels changed daily which was important.

Review 4：Our apartment was at the back overlooking the road. This was fine but we didn't get any sunshine directly onto the terrace so it did feel a bit dark and we couldn't sunbathe on the terrace itself. I would ask for a direct sun facing apartment if we went there again.

Review 6：They have unfortunately charged my credit card twice and I'm now waiting to sort the refund out, not great! Pool area is a bit squashed and a lot of the grass area is shaded so not ideal for those who are seeking lots of sunbathing time.

Review 7：Spotlessly clean apartments with fresh towels everyday and the pool was also spotlessly clean, also cleaned every morning.

Review 8：Weak paid WiFi signal inside our apartment but sometimes ok on balcony and usually fine by the pool. Other apartments probably had better WiFi but not worth moving for! Grass area worn away by pool (needs re-turfing) but still fine to use.

Review 17：Very comfortable apartments. The personal is very helpful. There was a broken ventilator in our room. Next day it was repaired. Very delicious meal in the restaurant, you can order menu for next day.

Review 20：The room was generally ok and was spacious enough (room 114). However, Aircon in main living area was past it`s best and really didn`t do job. Very sparce cooking facilities and rings too small for pans/Frying pans. Kitchen tools could do with update (no fish slice?).

Review 24：We thought the flat itself was a bit dated, it needed a bit of a sprucing up. The flat was at the back of the hotel, so we did hear the delivery vehicles delivering during the day and early morning. Which was fine, except some of them left their engines running for some time.

Review 25：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the beach, which suited us. The flat was very clean. We enjoyed the entertainment and the swimming pool and the drinks were reasonably priced (we were self catering). It was conveniently close to restaurants for dinner.

Review 26：Self catering facilities are not great, only 2 had a 2 ring hob & area round this & sink very small, no prep area/worktop . Apartment was to cater for 6 yet there were only 2 breakfast bowls & we had 3 kids in ours so had to have breakfast in shifts. Beds were not comfortable

Review 27：Hotels is in a great location, not to far from anything Cala Galdana has to offer. Was good to use as a base. Oh the whole we all had a very good holiday

Review 28：The flat had no dishwashing soap and I was told that the hotel expects people to bring or buy their own! What? bring a fairy liquid bottle in one's luggage from England?? Also, no dishcloth or tea towel, and no bottle opener. Unlike every other hotel in the planet, to use the gym or the Jacuzzi one has to reserve a slot and plan it before hand. Thereby defeating the purpose of a holiday which is to relax and leave timetables and fixed schedules back at work. The one time we did manage to get a slot in the Jacuzzi, it was freezing cold, so we could not have our session anyway. All in all, not worth the location or the money. Will never stay there again.

Review 30：This didn't bother us at all as we're walkers, but the Floramar is uphill and about 7 mins from beach - just factor that in if you're carrying anything.

Review 31：We stayed here on our 7th night backpacking the Cami de Cavalls coast path. The apartment was huge, with a large terrace overlooking the pool. Well equipped kitchen area, dining table, large sofa, double bedroom with plenty of hanging space and space to store bags etc. Staff lovely. A full buffet breakfast eaten by the pool. Ate at the Mirador that night (grilled rabbit, great), cocktails at the Audax. I would certainly consider staying at the Floramar for longer. Cala Galdana is lovely, with a great beach cafe (the one by the Red Cross), gorgeous (safe) beach, river, boats etc and of course the wonderful Cami de Cavalls 360 coast path - at least walk SOME of it! Secluded bays just around the corner...Tip for Cami walkers - keep to the coast "sendena" path, rather than the Cami, along here as the Cami goes inland and you'll miss the incredible coastal views. Next stop Cala en Bosch...

Review 32：1. frigde broken - freezed everything 2. remote control for TV - from different model of TV 3. our apartment had view to the street 4. one of the employees each evening was leaving his car with a young dog inside - crying and barking for hours just in front of our balcony. 5. dark bedroom, maybe that makes us sleep very bad:(

Waiting staff need customer service training, when customer is walking with a plate of food, let them go first? Small pool, bay view at a push. Steps everywhere, not suitable for wheelchairs. Exiting lift have to either climb or descend stairs to restaurant/pool or rooms

Review 36：We booked a two bed apartment and when we arrived we were given a one bedroom apartment. We had to wait quite a while for our room to be ready. The sofa beds for the children weren't brilliant, ok for one night

Review 38：The wirelless connection was only available in the front lobby/reception and it was very poor, always breaking down. I would suggest for the hotel to have the service to pick up and return gests to the aiport, at a reasonable fare, once they have the service Rent-a-Car. This way the guests wouldn't need to rent the car for the full week(s).

Review 45：Cala Galdana is beautiful this hotel has great views in some areas although they are restricted by the trees. We went self catering and it was perfect. We could add meals in anytime. £6 breakfast, £10 lunch and £14 dinner. Half price for kids and toddlers free. Food was basic and convenient but wouldn't want it everyday. Pool decent and staff great with music playing to give it a good atmosphere, daily mini disco and aqua aerobics and games for kids.

And the rest of the staff had poor communication skills and some did not speak a word of English! Non of them would go the extra mile! Review 64：This hotel have to prepare wifi connection for customers. I barely got wifi connection at lobby, and its codition of connection was terrible. Also I cannot got wifi connection in my room. I loved most of this hotel. But if there is one problem they should fix, it would be the wifi connection problem

Review 65：It's located near cala galdana, which is the most beautiful beach in mahon. I love here cos' it tooks just 3-4minutes to beach, just 2 minuites to supermarket. The pool was little small but I had a greate time at there. The thing that I most loved is the view, hotel interior (not my room actually)
