Review 1：The only thing i didnt like, were those huge pillows in bed... I preffer 2 smaller ones.

Review 15：Room that was allocated! Do NOT accept Masca 401 which we were given - we paid for a superior suite with sea views & sunbeds on the balcony. Room was lovely but a gargantuan gable end on the balcony meant no sun there at all until 17.30pm when we were assured it had sun "all day". Ants in bathroom & toilet. Minibar/fridge stocked but not working & not allowed to put your own water in, coffee machine broken & never repaired, I could go on! The rooms on the floors below us had an even tinier balcony the size of a "Dairylea cheese triangle" with no chance of any sun!

Review 18：First visited the week it opened (many years ago) it's a luxury hotel in every way. Fabulous staff from maids to managers, who cannot do enough for their guests. You only have to move a muscle, and someone will appear at your side. Fabulous

Review 19：More staff are required to service the pool area for food and drink, especially when the hotel is busy. The standard / quality of the bikes available to borrow was not good, as they are currently not being maintained, which was disappointing.

Review 20：An exceptionally warm welcome from Raphael on reception. Our request for rooms to be close together was accommodated. The spacious rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard. The bathrooms are wonderful and the power shower is excellent. The central location of this hotel is definitely an added bonus. A late check out room was made available to us, even though the hotel was virtually full to capacity. The staff were all very polite and courteous at all times.

Review 21：My only downside is breakfast and this is completely out of control of the hotel and staff but can be very busy, my first morning I was left standing for 10 minutes with my plate of food in hand waiting for a table to become free so a bit awkward!

Review 27：We booked here because it had a gym. However, the gym's opening hours are for the hotel's convenience, not the customer. Also the equipment was either partially broken or totally broken (running machines - we didn't use other equipment). We asked for a double bed - we got two singles pushed together. We had a 'superior room' in which we often had superior sized cock roaches; we were told it was normal. The pool areas looked ok but as we don't take to being herded like cattle, we didn't use them. Overall it wasn't bad however, in our opinion, it's at the bottom end of being a 5star - we wouldn't go again. There are plenty of others in the vicinity which looked a lot better.

Review 37：These things can't happen in a five stars hotel (which is one of the best on the shore), in other cases (other hotels) we won't consider them as minuses. Not friendly and indifferent reception stuff (in comparison with restaurant and service stuff - these guys were polite and friendly). Number booking of 2000 eur requires additional 15 eur for kettle)) Economy on shower gels and shampoo, no body milk and poor other accessories in the bathroom. At the day of departure mini bar was closed physically in advance - however we didn't use it for 13 days and again 2000eur for room and they cares about water and beer in mini bar. The first 5* hotel we've seen this case). Other case with mini bar: we were warned not to place there own fruit and other snacks and there was a warning in welcome pack documents not to bring own food and drinks!). Cocktails in bar are not in line with appropriate quality for money but were good looking.

Review 38：Great location, 5 mins to the ocean. Huge and beautiful territory. Rather big number with balcony. Good breakfast. Silent visitors (mostly Englishmen). Evening animation (some of the performances were really nice). Good availability of different services.

Presentation of food and drinks was just incredible, especially at La Cupula where the food was excellent. Review 72：You have to be sure to get the rigfht room or the experience is subdued somewaht. I paid extra for this hotel expecting a real luxury break, but overall I was disappointed. Quality of breakfast (except for eggs and juice bar) were well below par for this type of hotel. We were allocated aroom probably at the furthest point from pool and other facilities (also probably because we were the youngest there ( im mid forties)). The gym was well used and cramped and only one pool which was not that big. Ordering drinks and food took ages, not enough staff in my opinion. The outside restaurant by the pool served excellent food but overall this hotel did not deliver.

As world travellers with extremely high expectations of the 5 star hotels that we use we were extremely satisfied with every little detail of our stay!!! All the hotel staff were so professional and super friendly and so eager to please!!! We were so impressed at how efficiently run the hotel was and how well organised everything was considering how busy the hotel was!!! My husband and I stayed half board in a superior suite with our 13yr old son. The suite was superb with fabulous sea views - 4th floor Musca building and the food on offer every night of our 5 night stay was simply superb! Catering for every taste and even satisfying our fussy teenage son! The security features at the hotel made us feel very safe. The easy access to the beaches and trendy beach clubs and bars and restaurants and fabulous shopping malls all within 10 minute walks of the hotel made this hotel just perfect. We will definately be returning to this fantastic hotel and we are already counting the days till we can return to this hotel which can only be described as a precious Tenerife gem...well done to all the amazing members of staff that make this hotel stand out head and shoulders above the rest!!! They truly make this hotel very special and made our stay here unforgetable! Thankyou x
