Review 1：Wifi spotty inside the room. Cleaning staff too loud at 7:00am. Ran out of food near end of breakfast time. Restaurant staff walking around while almost all the tables were dirty. Also. There is a disco at the restaurant with very loud music until past 2:00am!!!!

Review 4：The staff and the hotel were very accommodating. I stayed at the Hodelpa and this hotel tops it. While the room was small, it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent! Great price, wifi and comfortable, I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Santiago.

Review 18：I did not like very much the location of the hotel; mainly because the hotel is very clean but you could not tell by looking at the area it is in.

Review 19：The staff were very nice and courteous. Most of them did not speak English but I did not have a problem communicating because they always had someone nearby to help me. The also were very helpful.

Review 20：One thing we noticed is that the front desk staff lady didn't speak English and the hotel was full of people from USA. She had a very hard time communicating with them and we had to help her translate. The room was tiny and nothing special. It looks like they spent most of their money renovating the common areas only. The shower tile was all cracked and had old yellowing caulking around it.

The common areas were very modern and comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating. Other than that, the location was not bad and not as noisy as other hotels were we've stayed before.
