Review 1：This place was very nice - the staff were all friendly and helpful (and English-speaking), the breakfast spread was lovely, and the dinner we had in the restaurant was also very good - not just your typical German meat-and-potatoes dishes. We brought our dog and it was nice having open fields and trails to let her roam. Easy drive into Seiffen - less than 5 minutes.

Review 2：Our apartment was not warm enough. Unable to use wifi. The hotel does not take U.S. charge cards--only European charge cards which we did not realize. We barely had enough cash to cover hotel bill.

Review 3：We normally stay in Seiffen proper and arrive by bus or Taxi from Olberhau but all hotels were booked. This time we rented a car and drove from Dresden. We were a little apprehensive about Ferienpark as it is described as a campground and we arrived in the middle of a snow storm. The staff does not speak very much English but that was not a problem. The hotel is very nice. The food in the restaurtant was very good and the breakfast was plentiful. There were two of us in an apartment for six so there was plenty of room. Due to the weather conditions we used the hotel shuttle to and from Seiffen. I would consider this hotel next time we are in Seiffen.

Review 5：The friendly and accomodating staff The food was excellent. The shuttle into Seiffen was always on time. Everyone went out of their way to see we had a good holiday.

Review 6：When we arrived we were asked if we needed linens. Of course we need those items, we are on holiday. Then they charged extra for the items. Was unaware of the extra costs when booking and confirmation email also did not state that.
