Review 1：Very pleasant hotel in it's own large garden. Quiet and relaxing. Efficient staff. Pleasant pool and garden which did not feel crowded despite the hotel being busy. Great choice of food and reasonably priced poolside cafe. Close to amenities, local bus stops just outside the door.

Review 5：Wifi was horrible, free yes but you can hardly read online papers. Longer from beach than expected, pictures looks like you go from pool direct to beach. Area around was not too exciting, tacky small supermarkeds and really no decent places to have dinner. No option rather than hotel for breakfast.

Review 7：1. Most personell act like u are trasparent, not welcoming, no smiling, no explanations (e.g. usage of SPA, dress code...) 2. No sea view, but in every room descriptions they put pictures of sea view even if it does not have it (which are given in very few rooms and only in a second row position, far away from the beach). During the booking process I had several email exchanges where I explicitly asked a room with sea view and never told me that it is not possible because of the position of the buildings ( far away from the beach and no frontal position to the sea). 3. In the suite room description a king size bed or one big bed is indicated, indeed what we got is a twin bed which is very unconfortable and it always went aside during we slept. 4.The target of the hotel is absolutely for old people. Average age goes from 55-60. No animation during the day, no activities and music at the pool. If u try to listen music without headphones old people can come to you and ask if u can switch off the music because the music is disturbing their relax time :I (the music volume was not very high at all and the kind of music was romantic songs). 5. Dress code for men, long panties with such high temperatures (during the year usually I work in suites and I expected freedom in wearing what I want at least on my holidays). I do not understand why it is ok when women were wearing very short shorts and men not... 6. The automatic water garden irrigation system started in the night which was very annoying and disturbing during sleep.

Review 8：Food excellent and various, facilities (pool, tennis, spa...), clean

Review 9：The Bad -Not great sleep due to a rooster that cooed all day and all night, every day, without interruption. The rooster(s) live in an empty lot behind the hotel (facing Lidl supermarket) and the Hotel was much aware of this seemingly ridiculous issue, but then not doing anytning about it. For example, they could have called the municipality to send sanitary service to deal with the issue. This is an urban area and roosters aren't allowed, be they wild or fenced in. We could not sleep with balcony door open due to ths rooster cooing all night and waking us up. -Wifi was so slow it was hard to surf, even next to access points -Room design is not very modern, typical Spanish old dark wood, although renovated not long ago. For example the hotel may want to make it one big spacious room instead of separating the room into two small rooms (living room, bed room). Hotel may also want to get rid of bath tub and just do a spacious shower that you can easily enter and exit, without having to climb in/out of a big bath tub that nobody uses. Again, old school mindset that can be improved.

We were there with a small baby and the suite is spacious and very confortable.the staff was so kind to us, it was a luxury experience all around!

Review 16：The location is a little disappointing. The hotel consists of 2buildings separated by a road. The pool is located in the back ofthe main building on the other side of the road. The hotel is not abeach hotel.

Review 22：Had to pay extra to use the safe. When we're paying this much money for a room we expected this to be included - not a €14 extra! The indoor pool temperature is quite cold compared to other indoor pools we've experienced in the past which was disappointing. There was a slight bias towards German tastes at meal times as they seem to make up the majority of the clientele. Not really the hotels fault though - the whole resort is like this. Hotel is split into two with a road between each side. Although each section has a manned reception - the restaurant, bar and entertainment are all in the main building so expect a short walk across the road several times a day. You also have to checkout from the main building too.

Food excellent with huge choice of buffet style offerings for both breakfast and evening meal. Small poolside restaurant serving nice range of food and drinks during the day - very reasonably priced too. Hotel and room kept spotless. Grounds beautifully maintained. Only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. Wifi was superb. Fast enough to stream a movie and the coverage was great - even worked next to the pool!

The hotel is a little on the older side, so it might not meet the 5-star criteria of some travelers. The staff I dealt with on checkout was not very customer-service oriented in resolving a dispute about a charge on my bill that was not mine - it's never nice to end a vacation with the front desk staff telling you they have your card number and they'll just charge it to you.

Air conditioning in room did not seem to respond to any changes made to it. Water for tea was never hot enough. Over an hour from the airport. Review 80：Internet access is not ideal for such 5* hotel. Details about Internet: The level of Wi-Fi signal was not good in our Junior (2-rooms) and it was OK only in the lobby. Bandwith was small.even in the lobby and we had to go to main hotel building to get it better. Even there Internet surfuing was slow (but possible) because of bandwith and as well all our real time programs were working without stability due to low bandwith.

You really always may see personal attention of Hotel Management and as well enjoy by extremely friendly hotel staff (and they fulfilled all points of our additional booking on booking.com). In relation to hotel itself nearly everything is very good (and I am rather demanding person:-). We will stress only few key things therefore: 1) Perfect and various food; 2) Big pool and big pool-around green area (with grass and treees) with enough sun-beds and enough place to have them relatively far from each other; 3) good hotel garden where it is not too sunny and not hot even having +36 C near the pool; 4) sea and beach (if you want) are 5 min to walk.
