Review 1：1. Not a room with a real sea view. We should have been located on one of floors in rooms numbering ..35 to ..40. Need to have specific room allocated prior to departure by hotel so guest can check. 2. On morning of departure had to leave before hotel began to serve breakfast. Coffee and a bun no substitute! Hotel should reimburse us for NOT providing breakfast on this our last day.

Review 3：The bedrooms are small and so are the balconies. It would be nice to have comfy seating on the balcony so you could spend time relaxing there.

Review 14：Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. The location was at the best spot from my opinion, with a good access to the beach trail and kayak loading point.

Review 15：There was no pool attendant which meant sunbeds being 'reserved' by guests who didn't use them for hours, thus depriving others. Also no-one to clear towels from beds which had been vacated so they still looked 'reserved'. All easily remedied! We booked independently too and the hotel looked much smaller and intimate on the website than it is. We wouldn't have chosen it had we known it is a Thomson choice hotel with 242 bedrooms.

Review 17：Having to pay extra to use Spa as this was not clear when we booked and one of the main reasons for choice initially.Rationing of the tea bags was interesting, however unlike a lot if hotels in Menorca. It was positive that there were some.

Review 34：We were only there for one night and that was the night for live music. Had we known about the sound level we would have asked for a room higher in the hotel. We were on the first floor directly above the bar. It finished at about 11pm so not as bad as it could have been.

Review 35：Both restaurants offered great food. The spa was what we came for after a busy few days, to rest and recover. It did not disappoint. We did not have any problem finding a parking space, despite there being no official hotel parking. The wifi worked well in the room, was not charged for, and at a decent enough speed to allow a skype communication with our children.

Review 37：We loved our stay at the Audax spa hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Food was excellent, fantastic choice, all freshly cooked by the chefs. Reasonably priced drinks in the hotel bar. Location was great , right next to the beach. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.

Review 38：We absolutely loved the staff, they were so warm and welcoming. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, the spa was so wonderful and relaxing and we would happily come to the hotel again.

Review 39：The hairdryer was very dated and got very hot - I had to hold it with a towel - a more modern one would be beneficial. Our room was underneath the 4th floor restaurant which resulted in us hearing the chairs scraping across the floor. Thankfully we were not in our room for too long before the restaurant closed so the noise stopped.

Review 40：The majority of staff were very friendly and considerate. In the main the food was good, although on Euro Final night it was average. The bed was comfortable and the water hot. The environment was calming and pleasant.

Entertainment is cheesy, not that we stayed in to watch it, but occasionaly saw 5-10 mins here and there, depends if you like that sort of thing, May (2012) was a lovely time to go, not fighting for sunbeds or waiting to get into the restuarants, fab location. I would however spend money on your room, I think the higher up you are the chances of the room having had a make over, we had an old room but upgraded to the sea view with jacuzzi, well worth the money, didn't fancy floor one looking at the parked cars. B&B I think would be the best option, although you can change you lunches and evening meals to suit, there are plently of lovely places to eat.
