Patacona Green Flats are 165 ft from Patacona Beach, 4 miles from central Valencia. They offer an outdoor pool, and air conditioned apartments with a private balcony with Mediterranean Sea views.
Each Patacona apartment has a TV and a DVD player. All have a private entrance and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Review 1：No wifi in the apartment.
Review 2：The beach is literally a few steps away. Good view of the sea and swimming pool (warm water in the afternoon). 10 minute walk to shop and seaside restaurants.
Review 3：Front desk friendly, provided keys but do not speak english. Wifi name+password given when asked but could not detect in building. No toaster or kettle.
Review 4：Pool excellent, water warm. Childrens pool also excellent. Appartment very clean. Beach across the road clean soft sand and water shallow and warm. Supermarket on site. Not full of tourists!

Review 9：Quite a lot of unfinished buildings in the area. As we were out of season the pool was unavailable.
Review 10：We had a great sea view, apartment was clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance to very good restaurants.
Review 11：General gloominess of place, flat furniture broken and fittings minimal. Had to chase to get facilities provided ; eg video player. Little else locally eg supermarket
