Review 1：There was no snow! The ski hill had some man-made snow, but it wasn't great.

Review 2：The staff were wonderful to tell us how to handle skiing there. Our family loved the pool and saunas. The location was gorgeous. They served a fabulous Christmas buffet. They had some very nice touches such as holiday cookies in the rooms. Everything was very nice.

Review 4：Great staff, amazing breakfast buffet with something for everyone, clean rooms, caring "kinder club" employees! The view was breathtaking and the location was perfect, very close to the skiing, tobogganing, restaurants, and shops.

Review 5：Nothing was a problem for the staff, the hotel having a very personal feel for its size. Our 8 year old daughter loved the waterslide which was far better than we ever expected, but is cleverly arranged so as not to interfere with ambience of the main indoor pool.

Review 6：It's rare that I am so disappointed with an Austrian hotel as they are usually well maintained and welcoming. The ski room was very basic. Some of the Check in staff were a little cold and unwelcoming, and the staff in the restaurant were far from pleasant ( we did have one very friendly waitress). Hotel rooms have been renovated but the bathrooms are still a remnant from the 80s. Hugely disappointing for the price of the room. Towels were old (but clean and soft), the shower is over an old bath with a very aged shower curtain. There is a wall mounted soap but that is it for toiletries. We had to request a bar of soap.... We also had to call reception for a hairdryer, and go and collect it. I have never experienced that in a hotel before, even in basic hotels. The wellness facilities look promising on the website but in reality the pool is tiny, the kids' slide was, according to the 8 year old travelling with us, "rusty and old" and the kids refused to go on it more than once. The water at the end of the slide also had an unusual tinge to it which was off putting. The whole experience felt more like a prison stay than a hotel stay. Hugely disappointing for the elevated price. Finally, considering that this is a family hotel, we found it shocking that there is a separate smoking room fully visible to the main bar/restaurant area, closed off with a glass door but which is not effective at stopping the smell of smoke coming into the other areas. Drinks are also served to the smokers which means the door is frequently left open to allow the barman to go in and out.

Review 7：Location not too far from Hartkaiserbahn was good. Also close to nursery slopes for children. Beds were comfortable despite the old pillows. The day care offered may be good, we didn't use it as our stay was so short. Barman was very friendly. Good parking.

Review 8：The wireless internet was useless in most of the hotel especially my room & the restaurant. Cut out every 2 minutes & no use for doing business.

Review 9：Nice friendly family Hotel. Good welcome & the food was excellent. Plenty of food right up to the end of service. As with a lot of Austrian Hotels they are geared up for children & means you can relax.

Review 13：Waterslide only goes for 2 hours-- i get not running it all the time to save water/ energy, but they should be able to turn it on on days when kids don't have the chance to ski. Also, hours of kids club weren't quite enough, we had to pay a super nice, but super expensive sitter (that the hotel arranged-- again, she was great, but twice what we are used to paying in Germany).

Review 15：I wish more information had been in English. A schedule of events was posted but it was only in German. For example, there were fireworks one night. We heard them from our room but didn't know about them before. Also, sometimes the water for the slide was off.

Review 16：Food was very good. Pool with a slide was a hit with our 4 and 6 year old. Everyone that worked here was helpful.

Review 17：Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with our hire car and had difficulties dealing with the car hire company. I was tied up during the day at a business conference but the hotel staff were amazing at helping my wife sort things out. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel
