Review 1：The bed was very firm and the staff were unable to provide and extra softer support by way of bed topper. They did however prepare the second bed but this was just as firm.
Review 2：Very clean modern and excellent room cleaning and tidying.
Review 3：We stayed in the new annexe. The bathroom was badly planned. There were no bathroom plugs and nowhere to hang anything. They took away my nightdress with the bed linen.

Review 5：Entry to the room from a street gave an impression of a cheap motel. Check-out in... other building. No kettle in room. It seems overpriced (100€) for the facilities, location and comfort.

Review 7：This 4 star hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast. Other facilities are closed till 3pm. There is a construction site 30m away starts at 8am. The staff clearly feel the few guests are interruptions. The a/c did not work. The lift failed. There was no water one day.

Review 11：We were travelling off season and had booked the villa Rosario 2. On arrival we were immediately upgraded to the VR 1 which I guess suited them too as we were the only people staying. The rooms were huge clean and well appointed. Despite us being the only 2 people possibly 2 more the hotel laid on an excellent cold buffet breakfast and the kitchen and was open for cooked breakfast and eggs to order in case we wanted it. Great service and attention to customer satisfaction.

Review 13：Luxury Accomodation, Best Breakfast during 3 week visit while walking the Comino. Handled future day stay with much greater attentiveness due to understanding our needs. Moved us to Sister Hotel across street due to lack of visitors during winter season..
Review 14：The few staff we came across we found a bit distant and we felt a bit isolated in the other building. The only other complaint was that the towels didn't reflect the 'newness' of the room, they were a little thin!
Review 15：Ideally located very close to the sea in a delightful small town. We didn't see any of the main hotel apart from reception and the restaurant for breakfast. Our room was on the ground floor (because of our dog) across the road in a sepate new building. The room was lovely, clean, well decorated, quiet comfortable and can't fault it. Breakfast was delicious and copious! The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect and we loved being so close to the sea/beach!!!!

The main hotel was just across the road - a really lovely building with extremely good helpful professional staff. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices to suit any taste. The beautiful beach and impressive esplanade were just in front. We liked it so much we booked for an extra two nights.
Review 20：They tried to charge us 20eu a day for the dog. We refused and it was reduced by half. Because of the dog we were in the annexe and the ground floor rooms are not at all exciting with no views and too dark. Free beer and water though...well done.

Review 43：We actualy stayed in the main building - the Villa. It is located on the beach with a nice view. Very romantic building. Very good breakfast and service. We stayed only one night but this is a good place for a break in your trip. The room wasn't very large but it was OK for one night stop.
Review 44：Bedroom required a surface on which to put suitcase. Bathroom also lacked somewhere to put toiletries etc. plenty of space in both rooms.
