Review 1：We didn't like that if a visitor go to your room they have to pay $50. I understand if they use the facility but just for walking to the room and talk for 30 minutes. It don't make sense. On the last night we could sleep due to a issue next door. Security took to long to calm the situation. Guest was naked and screaming in the hallway for about 30 minutes.

Review 11：The wifi was overall decent, but for the price of the hotel should be better. The weekend nights were not fast enough to stream netflix or load pages due to many people on the same wifi. I could only FaceTime downstairs in the lobby - not in our room. The food was not anything to be impressed about but there was a large variety in the buffet of fruits, fresh juice and other things. Not super impressed with the cooked food overall. Bottled water included means 1 small bottle of water a day- which is NOT enough and should be included with the room since it was a lot of money to stay there. Felt like that was deceitful in advertising. Booking.com was cheaper because taxes were not included and it was an extra $200 at check in. They were helpful in letting us leave a day early so that it was within our budget. Staff was amazing.

Review 12：We loved the amazing pool, fitness center and the beauty of the hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful though only a few spoke good English. The hotel AC worked great, flat screen TV and some English cable channels. Overall, very relaxing and great location to not be in the busy of the city.

Review 23：the restaurant service and the bar service. Neither one of them would go out of their way to meet my needs. The time waiting for a cold meal was over the limit. The pool bar burned my hamburguer and the pool towel office wouldn't provide me with a pool towel because I didn't have a card that the front desk should of have offer althought I gave them my room number. My daughter had to come out with a wet bsuit .

Review 24：Their prompt respond of the engineer when I called for the A/C. The manager of the hotel was professional , prompted to review my checked in and checked out of some deiscrepancies. Housekeeping also responded quickly when I needed some blankets. and the guy who stands in the lobby between the elevators and the phone booth also very observant of my medical needs and offered rapidly without me asking a wheelchair .

Review 25：Having my girlfriend registered so she could wait in the room I ask her to go early so she could rest with the surprise that they didn't allowed her to go into the room and suggested her to go for a walk until I arrive 6 hours later, saying that time goes fast. Treating my girlfriend as she was some kind of prostitute. Well you get yourself one guest less in the future.

Review 27：Hotel-employees call for you only the "shark taxi" whichcharges you much more. If you call regular taxis will charge you muchless!! The shark taxi don't have a taxi license. They work with thehotel so that they cheat on tourists.

The beds were like trampolines, you could feel the springswhich made it uncomfortable to even sleep. The beds down by the poolwere filthy, and the staff always chatting with other staff when Ineeded attention I couldn't get anyone to help. Or when we calledfor room service it'd take 3 or 4 times for me to call backdownstairs. The mini fridge broke, we had stuff in there which went bad.Bunch of stupid rules.... It was just aweful. If we had to do it againwe would not rent here. And we recommend to anyone not to go thereeverything is overpriced!

Review 36：It has acces to people whi are not host of the hotel. The bell boy was pushing to change my taxi to a different one. I had a problem on the third night, the person on the reception was not so kind. They were charging me for bussibess center, when the day before I use it for free.

Review 40：breakfast offer is quite fair but there are often things missing and were refilled only after asking for. The staff is not very attentive in general. Hotel is about 10 km far from the city center (!!) and there is very few around to go out. There is no public transport ! Be aware that you have to take a taxi always. And way back to the hotel is generally much more expensive than the way into :-) Rooms are run-down, so the pool area. The pictures on the homepage are either very old or flattering. After having been there, we saw much better deals...less stars, but much nicer stays for the same money.

Review 41：Our room was beautiful, but the bathroom and kitchen wasn't clean. Around the build has some construction so there were a little bit of noise. The beach was too little, but Juanillo beach was 5 min distance from the resort and was beautiful.

Review 43：My biggest complaint is that I didn't like that I couldnt have any of my friends come upstairs to see me. I snuck my best friend up there because she just kept walking with me when we arrived together. I find that very silly. If I come downstairs and go up with said friends, what is the problem? And I had a lot of friends and family wanting to come see me. I understand not allowing people go upstairs alone, but if I come DOWN itbher them and go up together, what's wrong with that? So we ended up talking in the Lobby as my kids ran around like lunatics. And also, you are not allowed to have more than 2 kids in one room. So what was I supposed to do? Get an extra room for my 7 year old to be in alone? It was just ME with my 3 kids. So, I booked it as 2 kids, and hoped for the best. And it worked out, I guess no one noticed. . I mean...do that at your own risk lol the food at the pool bar was very good also, except one time I I ordered and they served me some old, burnt chicken fingers which I complained about and they gave me another order. But didn't really do anything special to make up for it, like a free meal or a discount. But whatever. Those were the only complaints.

Review 44：The room was pretty, but it did have a hint of that humidity musty smell, which I think can be improved with a dehumidifier in each room. The hotel itself is beautiful. Pool is beautiful And kid friendly. It was actually the only time I got to relax with my 7,4 & 1 year olds! They could splash around freely and I sat there chillin.the food in the restaurant was very good. Although of course you had to pay extra. And it wasn't cheap but not as expensive as the Jaragua for example. I had a great experience.

Review 45：The staff were very nice and attentive to your needs. The food was absolutely delicious, the variety and selection were plentiful. The entire trip went smoothly and we plan to return to the Hard Rock Casino in May because we enjoyed our vacation there.

I paid basically the same price as Hilton, Crowne plaza but not quite the same quality. I know they were working on the Hotel, but they should mention this when you arrive and supply vouchers for Dinner or something as a gesture.

Review 50：worst internet service i have ever experience. very little help from the front desk. No one knew what was going on when we asked questioned. My guest to an event were told we were not there. Lack communication skills will not reccomend again to anyone. I travel every 15 days and this was the worst service ever.

Review 52：We had to carry our own luggage inside the hotel because the bell man was nowhere around, front desk employees were not nice or helpful at all, rooms are super old and outdated even though they said that is a renovated room, sheets, carpet and furniture are old, they moved us to the executive floor and made us pay more because supposedly it was a better room and it was very similar to the standard, internet code took them over an hour to give it to us and when we called the front desk the guy was very nasty and unprofessional about it.

The only thing that I might say something positive about is the front desk manager who allowed us to leave after spending the first night there... the other front desk employees said we had to pay cancelation fees if we left before our agreed booking.

Review 54：Level 7 rugs in hallway look bad. The dehumidifier was not emptied that often. If you turn off AC in the room bath floor gets wet quickly and creates a slip hazard.

Review 59：Terrible! Room service took 2 hours to come each night. We had to phone up reception 5 times just to order a different pillow (as they have a pillow menu) and the ones they provide I wouldn't give to my dog. The staff are so rude and made our stay hell. Booking.com stated that my final price would be $380 then I get there and they tell me it will be $600? The ceiling panels in the bathroom fell down during our stay and are made out of plastic. So for half our stay we had to look at the insulation and pipes whilst in the bath. This hotel is a nightmare and add on extra charges where they can as they charge you in local currency so you don't know how much you are really paying! For example - we got told breakfast was $8 each and they charged us $15 each.

Review 60：Our room had a moldy smell, we had to turn off the air open the windowto get fresh air. The dinner buffet was not worth $22 person. The hotelwasn't really in a good area of you choose to eat elsewhere. Noscreens on the windows. We were given only 1 bottle water, yet it was 2of us in a room. More than likely I won't return to thisestablishment, but it served it's purpose.
