Review 1：Reception closed at 7:00 PM on Sunday when I arrived. The nice man arrived 15 mn after calling him. No lift in the hotel and poor wifi.
Review 2：The staff very professionnal, helpful, the breakfast delicious. Close to the Centro, restaurants, tram and bus. 15 mn walk from/to the train station. Free water throughout the stay and welcome fruit and sweeties at arrival.
Review 3：The bath/shower combination isn't very practicall, especially if you are tall. Interior a bit outdated.
Review 4：Small and personal. Lots of parkingspace across the steet. Close to tbe city centre, but green and quite quiet environment. Very good and affordable food!

Next morning we called the reception and informed us that there was a technical issue only for this room. Unacceptable. 2) The room was cold. Insufficient heating - blankets too thin

Review 24：As a 2m high man, bed only just acceptable in length. Light poor in Room 112 to work/read in comfort. Small bar of soap in bathroom very poor. No liquid soap found.. Staff ignored myself and colleague at the bar. They were only interested in serving the locals who were not residents. Hotel not open until 0700hrs, even though I was the only guest staying. Therefore no breakfast for me and NO bill paid to hotel by me. Had to leave key amongst some holiday leaflets and leave 0650hrs to catch my train to Bremen. Not a pleasant situation.

Review 29：The context is everything here; I was travelling to see a rock band. The BellRays. There schedule included Oberhausen and I wanted somewhere convenient to stay. Up popped the hotel and it was convenient. I was surprised to find an extremely comfortable, convenient and friendly place to stay. Oberhausen, I imagined, would be a dense, overcrowded industrial location and the accommodation would be of the travel lodge type. A pleasing residential location, outside the industrial/commercial area and within walking distance of everything needed.

Kitchen was already closed but chef offered us nuts and madeus a cheese and grape plate because he saw we were hungry. Muchappreciated friendly service.

Review 36：The floorboards on the landing outside my room were creaky.This caused some disturbance when other guests returned to their rooms late at night. I could also hear loud voices from the reception /bar area when I was trying to sleep at 1am.There is no door separating the reception area from the stairwell which leads to the bedrooms.Consequently, this allows noise transfer to the upstairs area.It must be noted my room was the first on the landing, therefore the closest to the noice source from downstairs. This situation could be remedied by installing a door at the bottom of the stairs.
