Review 1：Although the pool was heated unfortunately there was only part of it that received any sun. The bacon and sausage served for breakfast was poor but everything else was delicious.

Review 2：The rooms were good and cleaned everyday. There was a great choice of foods especially in the evening and a bottle of house wine was 7 euro. They also had entertainment every night.

Review 3：Extremely pathetic Wifi internet.. cannot believe a 4 Star hotel is offering such a bad wifi internet. Even the computer and internet at lounge is paid service. the Safe is charged too (should have been free). All inclusive - not useful if you don't eat non-veg and if you don't drink much). Couple of the bartenders are very nice and friendly.. forgot names. but particularly 2 others were very rude (looking at our white band in hands all inclusive, I think). but generally most of the staff at the restaurant and bar are very friendly, helpful. Again for a 4 star hotel, the toiletries were very low quality. better carry yourself or buy. Food spread was good, but could have included some Chinese, Asian/indian options and proper vegetarian food (although there were sauted indian veg, pasta, pizza available)... so less to complain. Just that the options for Non-Veg is tooo many and for Veg people, very less. The travel desk is not from hotel- she could have helped with better suggestions (she could have alerted us to avoid a full day coach excursion for Tiede mountain, masca valley looking at 2 babies 19months old. we had a horrible time in this 1 day trip- almost fully inside the coach.. very less time outside. avoid this Coach trip and the Cruise trip to see dolphins, if you have babies or sea sickness)

Review 4：Location, Bed, Room size, View of swimming pool side, Food spread (although less veg options), kids play areas, Pools etc. We had a good stay during Christmas and New Year eves. Great location.. 5 mins walk to the beach, although not attached to the hotel. Thanks for providing a kettle, iron etc for a refundable deposit. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very good as well. One staff spent a lot of time finding options to transfer from south to north Tenerife at very low cost. Hotel helped to accommodate Twin babies in the same room with parents. The shops in the hotel are also very good and cheap... if you forgot something like sun-glasses, u can get it for 9 euros there. A Family with 2 kids can stay nicely in this hotel for 1 full week without having to go out much except to Fanabe beach nearby. Lot of place to sit and relax inside and outside the hotel. Taxis are cheaper too to go to playa des Americas. good supermarkets, malls around the hotel just few mins walk. No need to have a car. every day evening entertainment in disco hall. We could leave luggage for full day, hotel allowed us to still use the bar under all-inclusive option for the last day, even after we checked out. We will stay again.

Review 5：Reception a slightly different story, Booked a family room at an extra charge which is in fact exactly the same as a normal double room with just the standard sofa pulled out to make another bed so in effect there is now less available space. Asked for a proper family room and was told all rooms are the same which is simply not true. I then asked for an extra room which I would pay for and was told by the receptionist and then the manager that none were available, also not true as I then booked Immediately via booking.com. All a bit strange and unnecessarily deceitful.

Review 6：Stayed 4 Nights with 2 children of 8 and 15. Buffet for breakfast and evening meal was varied and all you could ask of a 4 star hotel. Restaurant staff on the ball. All good.

Review 7：Pools were very cold and not in the sun for long periods. Kids club was poor in the scope of activities undertaken daily very little in the way of variety which caused kids to not stay the duration each day. Evening entertainment was very poor and should be improved to impress clientel

Review 13：Didn't getting ripped off in las Americas The scam been going on since at least 2011 nobody gets warned on any travel web sites, which you could rectify. Start the ball rolling.

Review 14：The sea view room was very very noisy at night as it's located above the kitchen back door. At around 4am it gets so loud that we were awaken every single night. They were washing something outside , Offloading deliveries, cars coming in and out Very very noisy. Internet is free but speed is poor. Breakfast is poor as well, mainly eggs. Poor night animation.

There was another couple waiting for the shower so was a rush and very small. Review 47：The greatest disappointment was the poor internet connection since the hotel advertises free wifi, which turned out to mean "no wifi" most of the time. Also, the breakfast was very monotonous and uninteresting and for a coffee drinker the coffee is totally undrinkable!

Review 48：The hotel offers a wide variety of activities with a special focus on children, which was great. There was always something going on at the hotel and by the swimming pool, so you really didn't have to go anywhere else for entertainment.

Review 49：The entertainment put on outside if an evening was poor. There is a show in the Disco room in the basement on offer as well nightly at 9. 30 am however this room smells very damp & unpleasant.

The pool area was extremely nice and didn't have the usual land grab for sunbirds as you find in some hotels. The staff were courteous and friendly and made everyone feel special.

Review 55：The rooms are in need of refurbishment. There was quite a bit of dust under the beds and behind the tv. The free wifi was terrible! Far far too slow! Kept getting knocked off, so eventually gave up trying to go on it. The entertainment section downstairs for kids is not very good and also in need of refurbishment and brought up to date. Also the mini golf and basketball area was a poor excuse for kids playing facilities. The food in the restaurant was good, however there was no substitute for milk! I am Vegan and only have unsweetened Soya milk, there was only milk on offer! Not everyone drinks or eats dairy products! Also I did think they could've put a counter especially for Vegans and Plant based diets, ie- more beans, nuts and legumes. The only saving grace for me was that the salad and vegetables on offer were good.

Review 56：We arrived at 1pm but we got settled only at 3pm. Quite noisy. WiFi is not usable at all. Even if you lucky and get connected it's too slow to use. I found big cockroach at bathroom but stuff just said "Oh, cuca" when I showed them a photo. No excuses at all.

Review 64：Fodd is dreadful. Overcooked and dried up. Both breakfast and dinner. I could not face dinner after the first night. Wifi is slow and not available in the bedrooms. I had a junior suite but it looked tired. Also, had to request the room to be serviced at 2 pm as no one had appeared. Staff not helpful. Reception staff officious. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Questioning the bar staff we were told that this was the all inclusive quality, which was not what we ordered, so we bought our own from other bars or from the supermarket across the road. I wanted to watch the rugby on the TV, during the second half the single scrambled. I was informed that this happened on occasion. Not good, I missed the second half.

Tiding up was really poor: probably, tons of dust under furniture and in the balcony have been collecting for ages. There were also noise from the road under our window from early morning and noise from a hotel disco until late evenings.

There are two sun beds so if you want to keep away from the pool its great. We had a great time here and the place is very clean. Try get a room with a sea view as they get the sun in the afternoon.

Review 88：However, the hotel was really bad. It's quite old, nothing is renovated, all the doors are needed to be painted or even replaced but nothing is done. The food is poor and the staff doesn't not like the tourists. The rooms towels are with holes, and the wardrobes are old enough to be thrown away. We had to change the hotel for another week of our stay at Tenerife and this saved our impressions of the island.

Review 92：Many rooms looking on to road, public car park and those at the back are above refuse collection area. Pool view rooms are good. The decor is slightly tired and not up to 4 star rating. Free parking but only 8 at hotel,public car park has restrictions two days a week due to local market. We had to park at sister hotel.

The "good" connection computers to use for 2 euros 20Min.

Review 106：There is a small service road next to the hotel. I do not know why, but the suppliers and contractors cars are very noisy so you will simply unable to sleep with the balcony door open. I have no idea why but the truck which fetches the glass recycle bin is coming around 6AM and makes huge noise when it loads the recycled glasses to the track.

Review 108：Staff is inconsistent: some ok and smiley, some opposite. Quality management System inexistent. Cleaning in the rooms is done with just water. Everything then is sticky or soiled. All inclusive not worth the extra money. Not possible to order something to the room no. (Not even a bottle of water) unless you previously open "a credit line" with the hotel and pay in advance!

Walking distance to all amnenities although the beach is black sand and has lots of pebbles not making it great for kids .The Hotel does need some refurbishment but all in all it's very good value for money.
