Review 1：Tuvimos que esperar hora y media a que nos dieran las llaves porque no habían terminado de limpiarlo. A pesar de ello la limpieza no fue muy exhaustiva. Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador.
Review 2：La urbanización en la que se encuentra el apartamento es muy completa (piscina, columpios) y se encuentra frente a la playa. Apartamento amplio (a pesar de ser de los más pequeños) y con gran terraza.

Review 4：No wifi. Distance from nearest bar for a drink/tapa (15-min walk along the front) could be a prob for some people, but we didn't mind.
Review 5：Really close to beach - 1 minute. Really lovely quiet beach - no bars or music. Shower at entrance to beach. Apartment comfy & clean. Gorgeous semi-outdoor terrace space. Good pool too - big enough to swim in. We were there in mid-June, so it was very quiet, which was lovely. I imagine it could get a bit echoey-noisy when the apartment block's full. Good parking in basement. Very secure all round.
Review 6：Mosquitoes are a nag in this area as soon as the sun sets; these apartments do not have nets in the windows, so be prepared to buy or bring mosquito repellent for the body as well as for the entire apartment (one per room). For us, it would have been nice to have a small TV at the second room, as well, but not a main issue. Not all Apartments are equipped with Air Conditioning. This would have been very convenient, as during this second week of July temperatures went close to 40ºc. For temperatures p to 30ºc, then the A/C is not necessary.
Review 7：We have received a contact e-mail from Solmares prior to our arrival with check in details and how to find their office at the Marina, which was very useful. We got a well appointed, nice high quality two bedroom apartment, with a living room and a small but well equipped kitchen. LCD TV available in the living room, and also at the master bedroom with a large selection of spanish and foreign channels, including the 4 portuguese channels, and also Radio channels. Nice balcony, convenient parking space at the underground garage. Entire complex very clean and quiet, shared swimming pool with Lifeguard from 11am to 10pm. Walking distance to a few number of shops, restaurants and bars. Beach conveniently at a few steps from the complex. Restaurants in Punta del Moral offer fresh nice food at fair prices. There are a few places, all within walking distance where you can buy bread, basic groceries, fish and meat, but for a week or longer stays, then you need to go to Ayamonte in order to find a proper Supermarket.
