Review 1：Appartments needs renevation. Dirty walls.noisy at night.parrot lived in next door of course he wasn't a sleep at night:(and main thing was a horible smell in the aria .they said it's fertiliser for the land.realy terrible beca use weather is so hot.

Review 3：Staff at the resort were rude and unhelpful (spoke no English) The staff at the booking company spoke english and were helpful, however when we arrived at the resort the security guard looked at us and said 'No' regarding our booking and keys to the apartment until 15 minutes later the keys were delivered by a person on a bike from the booking company down the road (Note: if we hadn't asked for the shuttle bus service we would have had a nightmare and may have had to go to a hotel. The guy who drove us was really helpful and spoke to the security guard and made the calls to get the keys delivered-drove like a nutter but really friendly) Bed was really uncomfortable Please be aware that this is a resort and area is for predominantly spanish families and no one speaks english, we found it enjoyable as you felt you were immersed into the Spanish culture (but we didn't realise when booking) Local supermarkets are 20 minutes walk so be fit

Review 4：Good clean apartment, we had a separate utility area with washing machine and air dryer (actually came home with mostly clean clothes, which was nice) The kitchen was basic but functional (Note: no kettle or bottle opener- no screw top wine available) Good balcony space Great pool and clean grounds

Review 5：rubbish wasnt picked up all week even though there was a sign to say leave bags outside your door but the first bag remand there all week.The building was at the very end of the beach so a car would be needed but was not mentioned on the details,a very long walk from most restaurents.....

Review 7：The apartment doesn't match the pictures, everything is very old and unclean. The conditioning didn't work. The pool was closed for repairs, and there was no mention of it on the site. It isn't worth it's price at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Review 9：Swimming pool wasn't open and had work /drilling being done. Not many shops or restaurants open nearby. Felt a bit too quiet/eerie at night walking to find restaurants.

Review 13：Blankets and dishes could be cleaner. We could also do with spare towels/bath mats, as there is no cleaning service through our stay.

Review 14：Despite fairly spartan furnishing and kitchen equipment we were pretty comfortable. The apartment complex territory is very clean and well maintained. The playground is great and the pool looked fun for summer. The complex is steps away from the beach.

Review 16：The resort was nice and the staff were really nice. The only down side was that our apartment wasn't great and needed some spicing up! There were a few problems also like the light fitting was hanging off the ceiling. We stayed in another apartment there before and it was decorated very nicely.

Review 17：The pool is open in September from 11 to 20?! The wifi is only at reception desk. The connection with Valencia (city or airport) by bus 31 is faraway (500 m). Reception is 200 m in Mare Nostrum 7. You are a little isolated but if you have kids is wanderfool.

No mention in email/at time of booking, emailed them after to see if something could be done no reply at all but had responded to a previous email about charge for bed sheets. Extra €10 after booking for clean sheets/towels etc (was specified in email after booking). Patio furniture was almost dangerously old, not part of a set just random chairs/table.

Review 23：Reception is not working att all, there is only security, who speaks only Spanish. To get some explanation, you need to find office 300m away, which is very hidden, and it is not working all the time. Even in restaurant only Spanish. WiFi only in reception. Poor beds.

Review 35：We arrived 10 minutes before the office closed because the Website and GPS had different addresses for the hotel. We then spent 20 minutes circling the building trying to find the entrance. Finally, someone noticed us and buzzed us in. The ultra high security made us feel like we were in a dangerous neighbourhood.

Review 36：The building and nearby beach were beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer. We also enjoyed the nearby bar/restaurant Birra (Spaghetti) and blues. Providing a list of nearby restaurants would be nice since most hotels nearby were derelict so it gave the impression that the whole area was run down, when actually there are some hidden gems.

Review 37：Unclear on where to get keys. Sight states 24hr reception, NOT! 24hr security, reception is only during the day and on Sunday we had to sneak in and luckily they left our keys with security, that spoke little or no English, good thing hand signs work. A list of rules that read like a novel that should be posted with their ad. Not close to city highlights at all, beach trip only.

Review 38：Close to the beach. Plenty of space with everything you could need. Great AC. Large fridge, microwave and washer. Secure parking under facility. Grounds were always maintained.

Review 52：We would definitely go back to the Patacona Resort Apartments! Our partyof four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the companywho took us to check in and then on to the apartments. The apartmentgrounds were very clean as were both of the apartments we rented. Ourapartment was fairly quiet, but outside around the pool area was prettynoisy during the day. Furniture was newer and what is typically found inEuropean hotel rooms. The restaurant up in the front of the complex wasgreat. Tapas and wine were cheap and good. The wait staff was friendlythough it helps if you speak at least some Spanish. The beach across thestreet was perfect--one of the better beaches I've been to inseveral years traveling in Europe. If you are hungry for paella afterlaying on the beach take an evening walk along the paseo on the beachdown to the restaurant L'Estimat. Valencia is an awesome city andworth the 15 minute/8 or 9 euro cab ride (one way) to check it outfor the day. To summarize, this was almost the perfect getaway. The onlyreal complaint was the lack of maid service and no grocery store nearby.

Review 53：The nearest beach is unclean and not tourist friendly. You can walk about 20 mins up the beach and reach beautiful beaches with restaurants etc.

Review 59：Outdoor pool was still closed, although there was 27-34 C outside. Equipment of the apartment was very old and poor. Towels were broken and old. Groceries were far away. Only slow bus (45 min) goes to Valencia city center. Taxi drive took 10-15 min.

Review 61：Finding the key pickup was a bit hassly, and we had problems gettinginto the underground carpark, for which we paid 10 euros a night. Had weknown, we would have just parked at the front of the apartments forfree. The tv in the apartment was old, and no English channels. If youdon't have a car, carrying shopping back from the supermarket, agood 15 minute walk away, could be a problem.

Review 62：The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, although basicallyfurnished. The kitchen was small, but quite well equipped and thewashing machine was very useful. We had a nice big balcony with alovely view of the beach/sea, just across the road from theapartments. The communal areas and gardens were extremely well kept,although there are lots of rules and regulations (eg no sun beds on thegrass, no using the pool during siesta times). There are a fewbars/restaurants within a ten minute walk - we particularly likedSpaghetti Blue - friendly staff, great pizzas & we could sit in thesemi-alfresco area at the back with the dog - and a further 15 or 20minute walk along the promenade will take you to Playa Malva Rosa,where there are another six or so beach front restaurants. In summary,if you want a quiet, laid back place, with a beautiful beach, but notmuch else, then you will like it here.

Review 63：You had to collect key from another location which was difficult to find, the staff at resort tried to help but couldn't really speak English which made it difficult. Barbecue was little dodgy.
