Review 1：Restaurant, we didn't feel comfortable asking for the guests menu as it was not offered to us initially, it was a bit pretentious and over the top for what it was, we are foodies that have been to several three stars restaurants and this one could do with a little bit more relaxed atmosphere...

Review 3：It is really nice, but not 4star hotel. Limited range of service. Only cold meal for the brekfast, limited choice - no eggs, no omelettes or hot sausages. Lack of staff - if You want coffee in the afternoon, the receptionist has to do it. But she is alone on her post. When making us drink, nobody was at the front desk. The spa is small, opened only from 4 p.m. - You cannot take a swim in the morning, nor during the day. I understand it being winter when people go skiing and nobody stays in hotel during the day...But in summer? There is a very nice big garden - but only few deckchairs. The hotel was far from being full during our stay, but 8 - 10 chairs is too few. I think all that can be improved to have a real 4star hotel.
Review 4：The hotel has real aranese ambiente - naturl wood and stone inside, great lounge with fireplace. Books on local culture, Pyrenean nature, guidebooks - very helpfull. Nice village Arties with many restaurants, nice walks etc. There is a helpful staff.

Review 7：Free Wifi connection was weak and unreliable from room. The map location of Casa Irene was wrong in booking.com and on google maps (I've since reported), leading us to drive around in the dark looking for it upon arrival.

Review 12：This hotel is a bit hidden and a bit smaller than the photos suggest but it's a luxurious mountain retreat. Having a jacuzzi inside your standard room was a new experince for me, one to be remembered. Everything is cozy and well appointed. The restaurant is great too, and they have a special deal to hotel guests. Highly recommend.
Review 13：As usual in Spain, the breakfast is a buffet with all food very much outin the open, so we only had a coffee.
