Review 1：the wifi was weak in signal

Review 2：the atmosphere was good, the location was just 2,5km from Centro, the rooms were tidy, clean and practical and the staff were friendly and helpful

Review 4：It was confortable and quiet, despite the fact there is main road on the side of the hotel. There is a free parking space right in front of the hotel (across the main road). The breakfast was good. Overall, a good value for the money.

Review 5：Friendly owner. The location is good for walking to the center of town after business visits in the industrial park near the Oberhausen football stadium. Located on a busy street, but the rooms on the backside are quiet.

Review 6：RECEPTION, RECEPTION, RECEPTION! One enters the hotel and finds oneself in a narrow corridor - not even a smaal hall, but just a corridor - which leads to a staircase to the upper floors. As one walks the only way one can, towards the stairs, suddenly one passes next to a window with an opening. Aha!!!! Here sits someone, maybe here I can get my room key. And yes, that is the reception;t otally closed and hidden behind the window. Are we in a very dangerous part of the city full of drug adicts and ladies of the night? That was our first thaught which did not leave us the whole stay in the hotel. The lift which can be reached only directly from the street, thus after checking in if you want to use the lift you must get out of the building and walk couple of meters down the street in order to reach the lift. Conversly, once you have a key, you or anyone can get in and out of the hotel without that anyone sees you. It addes to the wierdness of the hotel. And produces very unpleasent feeling during your stay there. Rooms were good: clean, tidy recently painted. Only there was no night table nor light switch next to the bed in the room 209. This was preaty inconvinient for our Granny, age 75, who needs the toilet duirng the night. The worst part is that all this you cannot see on the Booking.com page while choosig the hotel. The images there are giving you impression of a 'normal' entrance area with a reception. Acctually we are the most disappointed with the Booking.com for this deceiving imagery.

Review 7：Breakfast was just perfect in relation to the prize: for 6 € one can choose between cereals, different sorts of bread, cheeses, salames, fruit-salad, vegetables, eggs...For every taste/eating habbits something.

Review 8：I had diner. I can only recommand the steak... Rarely had such a tender meat!! Very friendly staff. As I remember the German "Gasthaus" from my childhood....

Review 12：For us, we kept having to type in the WiFi codes when we were in different sections of the hotel including the breakfast room. Breakfast was in a nice dining room. More bread choices for toasting, more varieties of sweet rolls and cappuccino would have been welcomed. Black out curtains in the triple room would be a nice addition.

Review 13：The layout of the triple room is excellent with a semi separate section for sleeping. Living space was nice for relaxing with many choice television channels, great WiFi and plenty of outlets for charging your devices. There is enough storage space to unpack your belongings and spread out. There is a door to separate the kitchen area with a microwave, refrigerator and sink. The bathroom is nicely designed. The heating system worked well. We would like to return if in the area again.
