Review 1：The curtain in the room had fallen down. Very expensive to bring a dog (20€). Normally it's free or we pay 5-10€. In the booking info it said 15€.

Review 2：Nice and helpful staff

Review 3：It seems built in the 80s or earlier, and you can tell. The staff was pushy at check-in, made us pay on arrival not even having seen the room, tried to made us sign some ridiculous proxy, said they offered us an upgrade although the place was fully booked, while we paid a lot to get the room booked (overpriced). Water there is terrible, so morning coffee is awful and breakfast choice could be better. Windows did not seal properly, and we got the place overlooking the railway so it was rather noisy at night. Stinking toilettres, bring your own. Parking is available, but charged. For 70euro/night it could be included.

Review 4：relatively good access to the airport, studio with a kitchenette and a washing machine, good oranges at breakfast, seems freshly redecorated, much better on booking pictures than in reality, but the room we got was really spacious. And the blanket 'with princesses' for our daughter made her day.

Review 7：No nos gusto para nada la cama, el colchon era muy antiguo y tenia muelles que se te clavaban en todas partes, deberian renovarlo cuanto antes ya que hace que la estancia no sea perfecta.

Review 8：Esta es la segunda vez que nos alojamos mi pareja y yo y en esta ocasion nos dieron un apartamento en la planta 2, muy espacioso y comodo, con codina completa y separada de las demas salas, un baño enorme, el salon tambien muy grande y comodo y la habitacion amplia. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Review 9：Internet en la tercera planta no tenia buena señal. Pero nos cambiaron de habitación sin problema, y funciono internet muy bien.

Review 11：I booked for 3 adults and asked for an extra bed, since we were 2 adults + 2 kids. The pictures showed the apartment with the extra bed, but when we arrived, it was not there! We asked for it at 2PM, but at 9PM the bed was still not there. One of the kids (aged 4) ended up sleeping in the small couch (the other kid, aged 8, couldn't even fit in it).

Review 12：Small apartment was confortable, with big refrigerator, washing machine, and enough utensiles for breakfast or simple dinner.

Review 13：In the shower the water turned from hot to cold without notice or changing the position of the tap. This would force me to adjust the tap position and then I would get really hot water, burning me. On and on...

Review 15：It is so far from Madrid and the nearest train station is half an hour away by walk. We needed to kitchen and washing machine so, we changed the room with 'apartamento' But it was not like an apartment. We found two more beds at the living room. The kitchen was so dirty and too small. The stuffs were too old and the washing machine wasn't work. The second day, we changed the hotel. They refund the fee.

Review 21：If you don't have a car it's far to Madrid. For Wifi you had to get a voucher witch soon expired and then you had to get another one.
