Reviews for H10 Costa Adeje Palace
Review 1:We were given a garden room when I had booked partial sea view. This was a second floor room. We went previously in a garden room which we didn't really like and obviously was annoyed when we didn't get what we had paid for, for this holiday. We were moved after complaining but it was very irritating to have to go through the process of changing rooms
Review 2:The process to access dinner: all manual, sometimes generating queue of people. You need to show the paper handed to you by the reception after check in EVERY TIME. Also drinks could only be ordered (at a price) after receiving a paper by the gatekeeper. Not quite what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. At the check in we were assigned a room on the 7th floor. We had to go back and forth a couple of times before finding out that the 7th floor is only available in the far end of the hotel, through a dedicated single lift, which always takes like forever to be available at peak times (we were with our 1 year old daughter, therefore stairs were not an option for the buggy...). Not very toddler friendly: only a baby swimming pool, no swings or other soft play facilities.
Review 3:Location of the hotel: beautiful setting, direct access to the beach, wide choice of food both at breakfast and dinner (we booked half board).
Review 4:Issues with rooms (cleanness, all rooms facilities functioning)
Review 5:Friendly personnel, nice location, good facilities: pools, restaurants etc. Active animators for kids
Review 6:having to leave,,,,
Review 7:everything was excellent,, choice for breakfast is amazing,,,smoothies soooo nice,, second time staying at h10 and wont be our last,,,
Review 8:Reception staff quite surly, not welcoming and not particularly helpful. Outdoor pool very cold, not many people swimming because of it.
Review 9:Lovely grounds, and modern comfortable rooms, access to outdoor restaurant for all meals and great location straight onto the promenade.
Review 10:I didn't like the way staff responded to requests. Myself and my wife bought our parents for their anniversary and emailed prior for anything the hotel can do as complimentary but when we arrived firstly our rooms were not ready and we waiting for 3 hours and then when we did get the rooms there was nothing special inside even thought we were told they would get a bottle of champagne. This arrived later in the day. The cleaners never actually changed our sheets as we were in the room during the time they cleaned. We had a horrible view of the roof of the indoor pool which was a dissapointment as we were paying alot of money and I asked to be moved.
Review 11:I loved the entertainment teams as they really did a great job
Review 12:We felt that were not important to the Staff, especially one femail bar waitress who was most unfriendly, downright rude and demanded money from us before we Had time to taste our drink. She obliviously forgets who pays her wages. I've never had to pay for a safety deposit box in a hotel before. As for the privielged area a joke ! It made the other guests feel out of place a silly idea just to gather cash.
Review 13:The hotel overall was very pleasant to stay with good facilities.
Review 14:Outrageously priced, staff very rude and unhelpful due to a general feeling of lack of morale as they are very short staffed, only 2 machines actually worked in the gym, and worst thing was the fact that there was a room filled with guns and rifles unmanned for several hours on the way back to our room. A disaster waiting to happen
Review 15:Location was ok, hotel looks good from the outside
Review 16:Very noisy gardeners maintaining the garden during 'pool' hours.
Review 17:The situation of the hotel is very good. The overall conditions were fine and Sylvester Gala Dinner was exquisit.
Review 18:Food quality at pool bar not recommended. Corridor carpets are stained and unattractive. Noisy building works on the north side of the hotel prevented us from enjoying the use of our balcony, although there are plenty of other pleasant places to sit and relax.
Review 19:Good quality and choice of food at buffet meals. Friendly staff, most spoke good English. Fair choice of on-site entertainments. Plenty of car-parking spaces. Access onto the beach-front from the hotel grounds. Sandy beach five minute walk away.
Review 20:Our room was on 7th floor. We found it really hard to find and we felt it was like a maze and very confusing. This put me off this hotel as there was no lift from the reception to 7th floor. I also thought the food was average.
Review 21:Beautiful hotel which was peaceful. I loved being able to dine outdoors in the lovely restaurant overlooking the pool.
Review 22:room infested with very tiny bugs. Part of them came back home with us in our clothes and bags: disgusting. Wifi only available in front of reception. No computer for free use. Indoor pool not allowed for children and you have to pay.
Review 23:friendly staff
Review 24:Room 212 directly over the delivery and bin area. Being woken repeatedly from either 2.30 or 4.30am making any idea of sleep impossible. Having been allocated the worst room in the hotel, as a solo guest, I would be reluctant to return or recommend it to other solo travellers. Views of the bins not pleasant.
Review 25:The various activities on offer from the fitness team
Review 26:Pool staff were poor, didn't bring wine list when asked - just brought bottle of wine. Missed a course off and we had to wait 10 minutes not knowing whether it was coming or not. It did eventually. Bar in reception- staff took three payments for 3 separate orders instead of putting all together for 1 payment. Wasting time. No matter where you were going in hotel it seemed a walk of 3 corridors to get there. Pool flagstones had coloured glass in them which, if you stood, had you slipping. I am surprised there were no accidents. Finally - our disabled friend had difficulty getting up or down to pool without long navigation to lifts.
Review 27:Location was excellent. Pool area lovely. Room was good location and fitted out nicely. TV not so good.
Review 28:Staff were not polite, had an incident with the wood panel of the air co unit, it fell off in front of us, breaking my suitcase, could have caused a massive injured if it wouldn't have happened seconds after, we were arriving to the room. I am still waiting for the hotel to replace my suitcase, the staff wasn't helpful on the night this happened at midnight, basically the reception lady was expecting that we stayed in that room with that unsafe condition, air co and telephone didn't work. We were asking for compensation but they have done anything about either, really bad service for the amount of money we paid for the room.
Review 29:In front of the beach, nice pool
Review 32:Check-in took long and even "Check-out-Guy" had nothing to do he would not serve the people that want to check in. WLAN just in lobby good -in room poor and not at all in restaurant. I wanted to book sauna in the spa and also pay for it. As all staff where in some treatments i had to drop a message - no reply at all. Service very poor.
Review 33:Pool area is really nice
Review 34:Carpet in hall area had bad paint stains, I presume they are about to be changed.
Review 35:Location was very peaceful. Good pool area. Room large with comfy large bed. Canteen food was better than expected.
Review 36:Real minor issue, some carpets were tired.
Review 37:Edge of resort, in quiet area. Beach bar just a few minutes walk away was a good find. If more central location is needed, look at the Adeje Gran.
Review 38:The food was plentiful but often not high quality, especially meat and fruit. Staff at reception and in the restaurant seemed overworked and were not willing to go the extra mile. The screening off of certain nice areas in the hotel complex for 'prestige' guests was annoying, especially as those areas seemed to be hardly used.
Review 39:Location is great, directly on the beach, in a quiet suburb of the Costa Adeje developments but close enough to walk to a lot of amenities. Great for swimming, hiking, jogging etc. Hotel swimming pool fab. Rooms are fairly big with a good bed and well appointed but views from balconies vary enormously.
Review 40:30 minutes to check in (plus time queuing!) plus had to return later that day to pay. Some odd policies to get food. Plasters in the pool on final morning. Generally didn't feel like you received 4* treatment.
Review 41:Location by the beach was good, pools were pleasant, food was OK.
Review 42:Noise. Nearby construction is a nuisance. There is a staff and delivery entrance beneath one side of the hotel. Avoid lower levels and rooms with low numbers. We stayed in 312 and there was late night and early morning noise from staff and lorries coming and going. The pools were cold.
Review 43:The food was good, staff helpful and friendly
Review 44:Only issue and its a very minor one the closest beach was rocky but there was a nice sandy beach close by .Apart from that excellent and I would return , I don't think there is much you can do about the beach ! Also I guess I didn't like having to wear long trousers at dinner my wife was delighted that I had to !
Review 45:I thought the staff were very helpful the facilities excellent and the value for money good , This is the second H10 I stayed in ( other in Lanzarote) this one was better , the staff were more relaxed in Lanzarote every time it got windy they ran out to close the pools
Review 46:A bit slow to reset breakfast and dinner tables at times when busy
Review 47:Great location right by the sea, nice restaurants nearby. Quiet but walking distance to busier parts. Excellent dinner in the Sakura Teppanyaki restaurant!
Review 48:Unfortunately was scalded by the shower on the first night due to a sudden loss of cold water in the mixer mid-shower. They apologised and supposedly fixed it, only to happen again the following day! We insisted they moved us, which they did, and the shower in the second room was even worse, and scalded again!! I could not recommend this hotel to anyone with children, as it would appear their showers are a menace! A shame, as we otherwise quite liked the hotel!
Review 49:Good facilities, lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, good size room with own balcony, rooms clean and modern. Were just B&B, but several restaurants directly opposite hotel, and La Caleta harbour a 5 minute stroll along the beach which has several very good restaurants.
Review 50:After waiting for the curtesy bus for at least half an hour it did not arrive. The service in the pool area was very slow although it did improve with more staff members the last couple of days.
Review 51:We liked the location of the hotel being out of the centre of Las Americas and loved being able to stroll into La Calletta in the evenings.
Review 52:Rude reception staff. Crowded pool area. Lots of kids which makes it a bit noisy.
Review 53:Nice and quiet location on Tenerife. Spacious room with a nice balcony.
Review 54:rooms need refurbishment, minor irritants like charges for safe and tea/coffee facilities in the room, charges for providing drinking water during lunch/dinner (its available free during breakfast)
Review 55:location, hotel lobby, views to the sea, pools, pool-side bar/restaurant, entertainment for kids, generally good service
Review 56:The bathrooms were old fashioned. The shower kept going hot & cold, the sink tap had no pressure on it, the hair dryer kept fusing when it got hot & the extractor fan did not work working it very difficult in all to get ready.
Review 57:complained about air conditioning three times. Nothing done. Asked to upgrade room as we were on level two.I stated I would pay the difference however was told no rooms available. This was not true as I spoke to a couple who booked the hotel two days after our arrival they had been able to book a 4th floor room The reception staff were poor. The bar staff by pool could not crack a smile if their lives depended on it. The rose wine was served warm at lunch. when I asked for ice it took 30 minutes to arrive! I have never complained before about any hotel. This hotel is very nice but ruined by poor staff.
Review 58:the food at the hotel was of a reasonable standard. We ate at lunch in order to miss feeding time at the Zoo (evening meal) Bar to right of hotel is a must for a chill out Sunday at sundown. Excellent music
Review 59:Some facilities in hotel require more maintenance
Review 60:Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean and food in restaurant excellent. The beach in front of hotel is great!
Review 61:Poor coffee in restaurant No coffee/tea making facilities in rooms
Review 62:Large and clean pool area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols Plenty of freshly prepared food Friendly staff, always willing to help
Review 63:There is outdoor "entertainment" at night which consists of load "music". We have been unable to sleep before because of this and specifically requested rooms this time which faced the street instead of the courtyard. When we arrived we found that we had been "upgraded" to rooms in direct line with the "entertainment" and there were no other rooms in our requested category available. Bottom line: awake again until well after 11 PM. When you need to be at the airport the next morning at 6 AM. This is totally unacceptable. Music indoors where you can either choose to hear it or not is fine... music which you are force fed isn't.
Review 64:We've stayed here several times and are always generally happy... at least enough so that we come back again.
Review 65:All self catering restaurant unless u were a privileged guest. people smoking opening in restaurant. The bed was a little hard. No tea/coffee making facility in room.
Review 66:We liked the calmness throughout hotel. The piano bar. The fact we were given a partial sea view. Good entertainment overall. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas.
Review 67:Buffet style meals. "Canteen" like , too large, too busy. Not a pleasant experience , although I appreciate, they cater for huge numbers. Good was fine. Staff were very attentive.
Review 68:Beautifully maintained pool /garden areas.
Review 69:Not a lot to do if you have older children so they get bored. You could wait up to half an hour to get a towel and no one ever there.
Review 70:Staff very friendly. The hotel was clean
Review 71:Rude and unhelpful staff, particularly those working in the pool facilities e.g the bar and towel hut. There is also a set of very illogical and pointless rules regarding opening times. Plenty of annoying holiday reps disturbing people at the pool asking to take part in activities (4/5 times a day). No end of music being blared from speakers in the pool/outside area. Without a doubt the worst half board dinner buffet I've experienced, and I'm not picky whatsoever. Uncooked food, no clean tables. I imagine similar service and quality would be experienced in a minimum security prison. The whole hotel was full of groups on package holiday tours. There were plenty of Thomson Holidays buses pulling up outside to say the least.
Review 72:Probably the only decent thing about the Costa Adeje 'Palace' was the in house Tepinyaki style restaurant. Good food and pleasant chefs.
Review 73:4 stars services are applicable only if you are club member or select the privilege option, otherwise the rooms and service is not near to a 4 star hotel.
Review 74:Location, food, outside facilities
Review 75:Despite assurance internet was available throughout hotel there was no connection in room would not have booked had I known.
Review 76:Relaxed atmosphere. All inclusive package very good.
Review 77:Apart from 2 nights the entertainment in evenings outside was very poor. Not enough pool bar staff. Has to queue for drinks for ages. Also bar manager around pool rather rude. When I booked I noted in special requests that it was my husband's 50th birthday but it went unnoticed.
Review 78:Bedrooms were lovely and spacious.Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Review 79:They do not make lunch boxes. There may be cockroaches in your room!
Review 80:Restaurant and food are excellent. Staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is situated outside of the town and is very quiet. Wi-Fi in lobby works perfect.
Review 81:No tea/coffee making or ironing facilities in the room. No wifi. Cockroaches in bedroom and dead ones on corridors.
Review 82:The fresh smell when you walked in from outside into reception area. Good location. Good facilities.
Review 83:Some policies are strange. For example you can not just exchange pool towels to new. You need to return used and then came back for new :)
Review 84:Nice hotel, perfect personnel. Taste and variety of food - exceptional. So enjoyed our stay.
Review 85:Right on the beach and promenade. Great facilities.4 pools.Full activity and entertainment programme throughout the day and evening for kids and adults. Wide selection of food at meal times. Helpful staff and premises and rooms kepi spick and span and with some pride. Peaceful loction. Small shopping arcade with supermarket and cafes just over the road. Plus ... it's the sunshine corner of Tenerife.
Review 86:Couldn't find a bed at the pool at lunchtime and many were reserved with hotel towels although there is a notice saying no rsvtns on each bed!
Review 87:Staff very helpful and friendly. Good bar prices for a 4 star hotel.
Review 88:We saw a bug in the bathroom
Review 89:All-round good holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside area-gardens and pools excellent. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Great relaxed atmosphere. Food good and varied. Free shuttle bus to Las Americas.
Review 90:I did encounter a cockroach at 12.30 taking a walk down the corridor but the hotel is so green and beautifully planted inside it wasn't a huge suprise
Review 91:Moroccan feel, very clean and beautifully laid out.. We even had it own cat which was a resident on our balcony!
Review 92:The balcony/view of the room. It was described as side sea-view but when sitting there is no possible sign of the sea. Just the buildings opposite.
Review 93:Location was perfect. Lies right next to the sea and is in a quieter area, away from the busier coastal resorts. Swimming pool the best I have experienced. And plenty of sunbeds available for the time of year I was there.
Review 94:The staff were short with everyone in my party at different times over the four day trip with one outwardly rolling their eyes when we asked for another menu at lunch. There were some airborn bugs in our bathroom. The cleaning staff are particularly loud whilst working and entered our room three times before 9:30 the morning after we arrived. Even when we put the do not disturb sign up they still knocked. There is only one outdoor toilet at the pool so there tended to be a queue. The beds were very wide but quite short for my 6"2 partner. It took a significantly long time to be served at the pool bar.
Review 95:Beautiful grounds well maintained, nice pool. The breakfast was lovely.
Review 96:I didn't like been woken every morning to a rock braker hammering at seven in the morning from Monday to Friday. It was right out side our window and went on all day till seven in the evening I didn't complain because it could be heard in the next hotels also but I felt we should have been in formed when booking .
Review 97:The gym is very small and often I had to wait to use the treadmill. Two treadmills would be essential. The gym opened at 8am but towels were only provided after 9h30. Also, there was a lack of gym mats: there was only one and was partially destroyed. Every time I tried to use the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi the person responsible was performing massage treatment. Another staff member on the premises would be much appreciated.
Review 98:The location was very nice. The staff was nice. The pool area was very beatiful and relaxing.
Review 99:Poor wi fi. Location is a bit far out and away from bars and shops
Review 100:Particularly like the sea so near and the lovely walks. The food was lovely and bedrooms excellant
Review 101:Classical music in the restaurant at breakfast was too imposing, did not enjoy that.Meals were sometimes poor in the evening.
Review 102:Hotel was quiet, very few children, enjoyed the piano bar in the evening.Appreciated the bottle of champagne in our room and the excellent service on the hotel reception.
Review 103:Nothing, everything was excellent
Review 104:Buffet: the breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic with highlights every day (chocolate fondue, fish buffet, tapas, home made creps, smoothies), super service, super organisation Room large, quite, TV with programs in different languages. The first room that we got wasn't quite and we asked for the room to be changed. There was absolutely no problem with this. Wifi: we had wifi in the room, however at the pool area was poor Pool area: clean, large pool, jacuzzi Location: close to the sea, supermarket 2 min away Free Shuttle bus to Los Americas, I would consider this a super service. Aqua gym every day at 11:00, indoor
Review 105:Was upset that we were placed in a room with a balcony, but the balcony looked out to the diggers and construction work that was going on. Every morning we were woken by these diggers and cranes, which was hugely disappointing because we would have spent more time on the balcony! Didn't like how far away it was from where it was all happening but that's our own fault Didn't like how cold the pool was and that it shut at 8pm - would have liked it a little heated and then open longer.
Review 106:Loved the room, very comfortable. It was an expensive hotel but it was worth it - the breakfast was also fantastic each morning. The staff were very hospitable but often there was a long queue waiting for the front desk. It might be necessary to add some more staff to the front desk at certain points in the day! Hotel room was cleaned scrupulously every day...
Review 107:Dinners. there was choice but I didn't particularly like veal, rabbit or meat smothered in sauce. I would have preferred simple chicken breast and allowed me to make choice of what I could eat. Up from hotel there is construction ongoing to another hotel so be prepared for some noise and there is a church nearby which chimes every 30 minutes during the day
Review 108:Rooms kept clean and spacious. Breakfast great choice and tasty
Review 109:The dinner starts at 7 pm which is to late if you have a baby with you, the dinner should start at 6 pm
Review 110:All the staff were very friendly. Great location.
Review 111:we have been told we get view to the sea then room was not like that we had to pay to up-great the room,no coffee make in the room this is standard today on any hotel, didn't like that we have to pay for little things that usually are free in anther hotel who charge less...
Review 112:the buffet in breakfast was great also in dinner didn't like the fact we need to pay for drinks in dinner if the room including dinner....
Review 113:More direction signs in the hotel would be good as the hotel is huge and it is easy to get lost.
Review 114:Good location, comfortable and very clean rooms; very tasty food and drinks. Helpful staff. Great pool facilities. I recommend.
Review 115:Didnt cater for british people.ie only bbc world news channel.other less expensive hotels have 3/4 english channells.traditional english sausages not available and veg was cold some days.also hard to get set table at breakfast time after 9.30.too far away from decent beaches and sports bars.
Review 116:Pool was big and plenty of loungers
Review 117:The staff in this hotel are all really helpful and friendly, particularly the porters and the waiting staff in the dining rooms and the piano bar. The food is really nice and the rooms are spotlessly clean and very large.
Review 118:-The spa is quite disappointing since they only have one or two people working on such a big resort -The gym is very small. -The wifi is very slow and it is only available in the piano bar and reception area -The TV channels are all in spanish and there is no option to buy movies -The rugs in the halls are not cleaned very often -coffee, tea and water are not included in the demi pension except during breakfast (even if you upgrade to privilege)
Review 119:We went here for our honeymoon and we decided to use the privilege service in the first days (note that the privilege services are only available for a minimum of 3 days now). The service and the food were fantastic. I have to say that even though the privilege service is very nice, it is not necessary... The buffet restaurant is already pretty good and it offers a lot of options (this one is included in the demi pension and the complete pension). With the privilege option you can eat at the "a la carte" restaurant and at the tepanyaki restaurant which are both quite good (my favourite is the tepanyaki though). With the privilege option you also get access to one special room with coffee and drinks the whole day (but you still have to pay drinks in the restaurants if you only have Demi pension) as well as an special area in the pool. There are some nice performances at the piano bar in the evening
Review 120:The evening entertainment was amateur (apart from the band on Thursday 4/5/2015)
Review 121:Friendly helpful staff, large quiet modern room, comfortable beds , lovely pool area, plenty of shade available, cleanliness all round. We were happy & relaxed the whole time, just what we needed
Review 122:Some areas of hotel need upgraded especially carpets
Review 123:In a very quiet area so vry relaxing , we were upgraded to a suite whichwas awsome only there 2 nights cld have stayed a fortnight ! Poolbrilliant and breakfast superb loved this hotel
Review 124:Hard beds had horrible noisy squeaky metal frames very out of place in such a nice hotel. Buffet restaurant whilst a very impressive operation was rather biased around fried food & sweet stuff.
Review 125:Pool(s) and outdoor area especially covered padded loungers - very nice
Review 126:The mattresses were terribly firm and uncomfortable. A good night sleep should be priority! We all had trouble with sleeping do to the mattresses.
Review 127:Staff was very nice, helpful, polite and hard working. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good.
Review 128:The rude unhelpful staff, the drumming engine noise intermitantly going off from 6 in the morning,no tea coffee or water facilities in my room, nothing in the mini bar unless you order which defeats the object of having the fridge bar.bath water cold and took an hour to run 2inch of water,
Review 129:Not a lot
Review 130:Although the quality of food was very good the main restaurant was noisy and manic. This would not put me off returning again though.
Review 131:Location, public areas, gardens, swimming pool, large bedrooms and exceptionally comfy beds. Staff very efficient. Good value for money.
Review 132:The bed was awful, but we managed to get a topper which helped. Bar staff were rude and unhelpful.
Review 133:The location of the hotel is lovely if you like a quiet break and the breakfast was really good.
Review 134:Food was poor. Catered more for continental tastes. Bar prices were excessive. 2.40 euros for a small bottle of water!!!
Review 135:Hotel , location , pool area, staff.
Review 136:We filled out a questionnaire but basically couple of run ins with staff. Bar manager subsequently apologised so no prob. Outside cafe/bar manager rude and border line aggressive in my husbands face on first day refusing to serve food five minutes after 3.30 even though it was laid out in front of us. This was reported and dealt with though it spoilt our first hour in the hotel after travelling all day. The worst thing was broken sleep every night. We needed to sleep with the balcony door ajar as can't sleep with air con on and too hot otherwise. Big industrial bins were dragged up and down the ramp underneath our room through the night and early morning, topped off with delivery vans keeping their engines running, staff talking outside and bottles being thrown into the recycling bins one at a time at unsociable hours. Needs sorting out - I would stay again but not in a room on that side if the hotel. We found it disconcerting that clients are segregated by "privilege areas". All customers should be treated equally as good. Room was very nice inside although decor in bathroom dated and mould in shower needs spraying. More lighting needed - a main light - and the mirror would be better above the table by the plugs. The wifi wasn't a very good connection. Finally I know it's a big corporation but little touches like free internet on the computers in reception, and not having to pay €3.50 per day to keep valuables safe - and being given a key which didn't work anyway (obvious to us this was known about as told how to bypass it when called up!) make all the difference - also we noticed all other bars we went to free poured spirits into large glasses full of ice which was a lovely touch not done in the hotels bars.
Review 137:The breakfast was fantastic - it made our stay. The location and outside areas are excellent as is the lobby area - very pleasant. The cleaner was excellent. The reception lady who checked us in was also an excellent first impression. Very nice and helpful - an asset to the hotel.
Review 138:We sat down for lunch on our arrival day and our order was taken. Our friends joined us 10 minutes later only to be told they could not have any food as the poolside cafe bar stopped serving food at 1530 (it was 1535). We asked for salad from the buffet which was still there but the staff refused. Not very friendly or helpful.
Review 139:The location and presentation of the hotel was very good.
Review 140:Inssuficient pressure in the pipes on some mornings, maybe because hotel was fully booked.
Review 141:Great hotel with perfect location. A lot of greenery around the pools - everybody can find his corner. Helpfull staff. Far from city rush. Free shuttle to Los Americas. Major inhabitants elderly people - no hubbubs.
Review 142:I did not like the fact that you had to pay for the spa area
Review 143:I liked the size of the bedroom, I liked the selection at breakfast I liked the cleanliness of the hotel
Review 144:lack of cafe to have small bites . the pool cafe served a lot of fried food.. should serve snacks & drinks to people around the pools.daily charge for safe in 5* hotel.pool towels worn & too not long to cover sunbeds..
Review 145:plenty of space & sunbeds around the pools.room staff very efficient.
